**What do you like best about ImmyBot?**

ImmyBot helps us streamline and automate new Pc setup.

**What do you dislike about ImmyBot?**

Installation and ongoing maintenance of apps on systems is powerful, but price restrictive.

**What problems is ImmyBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImmyBot helps us configure new workstations for clients quickly and efficiently, requiring much less time when compared to manual setups.

**What do you like best about ImmyBot?**

ImmyBot has steamlined our new computer onboardings across all of our clients. What would've taken hours of manual work from a technician and extra hours needed onsite is now done in less than 10 minutes of manual work and Immy does the rest. ImmyBot has also decreased our time spent for any domain and azure migrations by automatically doing profile migrations and joining to domains or azure. ImmyBot also has an awesome Remote Control feature which is potentially paving the way for us to get rid of our other remote access tools.

**What do you dislike about ImmyBot?**

I do not have a single thing I dislike about ImmyBot other than itching for the Immy Gods to release some even cooler features!

**What problems is ImmyBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImmyBot solved our new machine preperations, software deployments and software updates. It is saving our technicians HOURS which allows them to keep moving on to the next thing and assist our partners.

**What do you like best about ImmyBot?**

ImmyBot has helped us significatnly reduce the time that it takes to roll out new computers.  There is an extremely impressive list of features that can be configured and software that can be installed.

**What do you dislike about ImmyBot?**

ImmyBot can be extrememly helpful when integrated with another RMM software to help reduce the time it takes to create automation processes, but the price may be a bit restrictive for larger deployments.

**What problems is ImmyBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We looked for ways to reduce the amount of time that our technicians spent configuring new computers.  ImmyBot automated a large amount of the process.  This allowed us to spend time on other items and save on the cost of hiring additional staff.
