What we found was a platform that had clearly been built with that problem in mind from the ground up rather than retrofitted to handle it. The platform discovers and continuously maps every identity across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem, including AI agents, non-human identities, and human users and critically, it doesn't just take a snapshot in time but analyses activity and behaviour to uncover and prioritise advanced identity risks and maintain identity hygiene. ISPM is clearly the strongest module, well-developed, accurate, and operationally useful from day one. Some of the adjacent capabilities feel like they're a few product iterations behind the core, which means the "six-in-one platform" pitch is more accurate for some use cases than others depending on which modules you lean on most heavily. Real-time threat detection, AI-driven risk analysis, and automated remediation are on the roadmap and improving, but teams with mature ITDR requirements who need deep, production-hardened threat response capabilities today may find the current iteration requires supplementing with dedicated tooling while those modules catch up to the posture management layer's maturity level. The natural language investigation interface is genuinely useful but has limits around complex multi-hop queries and edge cases that require falling back to more structured approaches. It works well for common investigation patterns and meaningfully reduces the skill floor for identity investigation, but power users will find its ceiling sooner than they'd like. Integration coverage across the most common cloud providers, SaaS applications, and identity providers is solid. At the edges less common on-premise systems, niche SaaS tools, and legacy directory configurations integrations require more manual effort and occasionally more support involvement than the agentless pitch implies. Reporting customisation for compliance purposes covers the major frameworks well but getting outputs tailored to specific internal audit requirements or less common regulatory frameworks requires more configuration work than the self-serve documentation covers, which tends to pull in support at a point in the workflow where you'd prefer to be self-sufficient. **What problems is Unosecur solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's not uncommon for today's IAM stack to comprise six to sixteen different tools operating in silos this patchwork approach leaves security teams with partial views of user access and inconsistent enforcement of policies.
