iManage has streamlined how we manage documents by keeping everything tied to the right matter—emails, files, and notes all in one place. No more searching through inboxes or drives. With intuitive folders, Outlook/Office integration, and version control, it fits perfectly into our legal workflow and keeps us organized where it matters most. The current version of iManage IMCC is outdated and no longer meets the evolving needs of our legal and IT teams. It lacks the flexibility found in newer tools. Its limited functionality can create bottlenecks, especially as our workflows become more complex. Upgrading or replacing IMCC would make it easier for IT to perform admin level tasks.
