**What do you like best about Imaging101?**

HIPAA-certified protection is the best feature and much needed for my product since we are handling medical-related info and also a disaster-recovery feature that helps with our Business Continuity protocol.

**What do you dislike about Imaging101?**

Imaging process like scanning and digitizing is the soul of the application concept yet it is not fast enough to convert the hardcopy into softcopy though it reduces the number of persons to do the job

**Recommendations to others considering Imaging101:**

Setting up Imaging could have been more user-friendly compared to the years they are in the field

**What problems is Imaging101 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have years of hardcopy which are unsecured and much-needed documents also softcopy which could have been open to the ransomware attack and imaging101 secured from that.

great storage space for files and documents and very much secured to halndle documents for business.security features and reliable are amazing.. more apealing interfaces

**What do you dislike about Imaging101?**

could have improved the User interface and could have come up with offline access

**Recommendations to others considering Imaging101:**

It easily manages the information and can be integrated with most 3rd party applications..documents can be easily identified from fax, client letters and soon they can be stored. efficient and effective paperless working environment

**What problems is Imaging101 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recovery of files and easy to manage the documents for business..Document indexing and archiving is great to work ..can covert the file type easily
