While the software offers a broader feature set than native Sage 200, we have noticed that performance can occasionally feel slower when completing routine tasks. This has created a bit of a hurdle for full user adoption across our team.

However, we recognise this isn't a direct like-for-like comparison; the system is doing more than standard Sage functions. We are optimistic that as we embed the software further into our internal processes and begin utilising the more of the functions, we will see the full return on our investment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This has meant that we can keep track of all correspondence sent out to suppliers and customers. So, if a customer calls about a letter they have received you can look at their account and see exactly what has been sent. This is a very useful tool if staff are absent and you are covering. You can send multiple documents out at once in a few clicks knowing that they will all be linked to the individual accounts for future reference which means we are more efficient and time can be spent on other duties. Automation of distributing/ emails to contacts with attached documentation saves so much time. It also save copies to a central area on our SharePoint which is really handy for non Sage license holders to view these documents at anytime. Attaching copies of external documentation to sage processing screen is also super helpful so these can easily be referred back to at any point from Sage screens. Sometime testing the layouts can be a little fiddly, but once aligned with Sage report then it's all good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is an essential addon for any company using Sage 200. It works seamlessly & is so much easier than scanning & attaching documents directly in Sage 200. The automations for distributing documents are a godsend. The support & training from Draycir is excellent especially Julia! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
