It means that once I confirm that the journal entries are correct, they upload seamlessly with our system. Their help section and response to questions have almost been immediate, which I appreciate a great deal. **What do you dislike about iLeasePro?** Grouping locations on iLeasePro could be a little smoother, something like a section where you could check which leases you want to add. Currently you need to enter in each lease separtely and choose what group(s) you would like them in. This is not a big issue, really iLeasePro has checked all of our boxes. **What problems is iLeasePro solving and how is that benefiting you?** iLeasePro is our go to system for managing leases for the current accounting standard. Being able to provide secure links to folks outside of the accounting department who can use the information in a way that's beneficial to them is also a plus. **What do you dislike about iLeasePro?** It would be nice if iLeasePro adapted to the new ASC 842 Lease Accounting Standards to better assist in the recording of ROU and Lease Liability asset accounting **What problems is iLeasePro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a wonderful place to store all of our leasing information in one spot. Great for small to medium sized businesses. Way better than tracking in excel, haven't used the payment or journal entry feature yet but they are nice to have. **What do you dislike about iLeasePro?** There are some technical issues but the team is responsive when they do arise. May not be the best for companies with a significant amount of lease modifications. **What problems is iLeasePro solving and how is that benefiting you?** managing leases and efficient reporting. The reports are easy to run and the parameters are easy to select. **What do you dislike about iLeasePro?** ILease Pro does not calculate the lease amortization very cleanly. Starting a lease not on day one of any month creates a calculation issue. **What problems is iLeasePro solving and how is that benefiting you?** ILeasePro did solve a big problem earlier this year by providing a new ASC842 report. I am very interested in trying to understand your comment on the calculations. iLeasePro calculates the Daily Amortization of ROU Asset and Lease Liability to offer you the most accurate ASC 842 calculations. The balances and amortization schedule are calculated by discounting cash flows using relevant discount rate defined for each lease based on the actual month days, which in fact is the most accurate calculation approach. Sufficient reporting needed for auditors was lacking; we had to supplement with separate spreadsheets. **What problems is iLeasePro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Calculation of right-of-use amortization and lease liabilities (current and non-current) to comply with ASC 842 (GAAP), replacing manually maintainted spreadsheets. ### 7. The Guides were helpful and the system is very intuitive. We love being able to use the portfolio feature to group our store leases. The system provides all the information you need to create your monthly entries with the click of a button. **What do you dislike about iLeasePro?** Reporting is generic. The reports are basic and not very customizable. **What problems is iLeasePro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ilease Pro is assisting us in efficiently meeting the new leasing standards.
