Overall, the software is not suitable for a public release. **Recommendations to others considering ILance Auction:** Do your research and do not reply on their sales people. Ask to access their community forum first and see how many reports and angry customers they have. **What problems is ILance Auction solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have not realized any benefits. Support Forum is a Joke (no pre-sales access or you would not buy with all the complaints). Was told where I could buy features from 3rd Parties because they did not keep their Shipping APIs up to date. Many of their clients desperately have been waiting for an upgrade promised for 2-years as of posting this review. They hang on because they did not budget to buy a product-out-of-the-box that is broken. I've spent 4 x my initial purchase fixing there broken code to launch. Better off build from the ground up! **Recommendations to others considering ILance Auction:** Build from the Ground up if you want an Auction Site. I got Ilance because their advertised features were just so vast. Focus on a good custom foundation that is Bug Free and add more features slowly. Have a large budget or this probably isn't for you. **What problems is ILance Auction solving and how is that benefiting you?** None.
