**What do you like best about Igloo?**

I love Igloo and its effectiveness in helping us promote more efficient communication and collaboration between employees and customers. The adoption process of the software was relatively quick, it is a fluid platform, and its interface is intuitive. It has many features, but the most attractive ones are taken advantage of by our operational executives responsible for inbound and outbound calls. It is an excellent tool for collaboration; it allows us to synchronize and streamline processes; moreover, it has facilitated how we support customers, increasing our effectiveness and quality of service.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

The number of page layouts is somewhat limited, it would be great if they added more, and the search index has a lot of room for improvement. Still, it's not easy to get files.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Igloo is fantastic; it has allowed us to repower the communication, collaboration and support mechanisms within the organization between employees and customers, thus increasing our service's efficiency, resolving issues faster and striving for customer satisfaction. It helps us to synchronize and move forward in our daily processes, significantly streamlining our work and leaving time to cover other essential tasks.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

I have found the best part of Igloo is the support of each team member. They want to see you succeed in your digital workplace. Our customer success manager is constantly giving us ideas, stats and encouragement for all the initiatives we are doing as a company. The stronger our relationship grows with Igloo, the more opportunities I personally have had for professional growth and training.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Over the past 6 years, we have had quite a few customer success managers. While we fully support the growth and advancement of individuals, it can be difficult to feel seen/heard if you lack the relationship you need for success.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a spread-out workforce and having a robust digital workplace as a central "office" has been a game changer for our communication efforts and having a central repository for all finance and HR resources. Team members have been empowered to be self-sufficient before contacting a fellow team member and have 24/7 access to all resources. We no longer use email to share news and updates. Everything is done through our Igloo, which not only frees up email space but it creates a history that team members can access at any time.

I like that it is easy to onboard and enroll content creators, so the work is divided when creating content on Igloo.

Sometimes the platform has limitations with our needs; so the customizations don't totally match what we need in an intranet platform.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

I would love to start by saying that it is an excellent solution for storing and collaborating on documents that have met everyone's expectations in my organization, from ease of use to data security. It has an intuitive user interface that is easy to navigate and has options to customize our folder and document structures, allowing us greater control over our files. A significant strength of Igloo is the ability to collaborate; it will enable me to securely share documents with my colleagues and even control editing permissions; moreover, the option to comment and discuss papers in real time makes communication and teamwork more efficient. Finally, I would like to emphasize that the platform has state-of-the-art security measures to protect our data and guarantee our privacy.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Despite having a free version, most of the advanced features are only available in paid plans; there are also some limitations regarding the number of applications with which it can be integrated.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Igloo has been a beneficial resource for the entire organization regarding communication, teamwork and data security. In terms of communication, it allows teams to stay in sync, commenting and discussing their documents in real-time. In terms of collaboration, it will enable us to share our documents quickly and effectively, also allowing us to control editing permissions. As for data security, it is one of the things that Igloo prioritizes the most; the platform has a wide variety of security measures to protect our data and ensure users' privacy.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

Igloo is used in my work environment to promote better communication and collaboration between employees and customers and has performed great since implementation. It has been straightforward to set up and install, taking much less time than we estimated; it allows all team members to stay connected and organized within the same virtual environment. I like that it will enable file and folder sharing; it helps work teams stay in sync with daily activities. I also like that it is highly customizable. As for customer service is excellent; they are very attentive and responsive to our requirements when they arise.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Logging in is a cumbersome and sometimes annoying process that lacks logic; being such an intuitive program to start with, the customization issue can be a bit more complex for users without CSS experience.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Igloo has been extremely helpful in improving communication between members of the organization and expanding the mechanisms for collaboration between colleagues on day-to-day activities to ensure goals are achieved. We have chosen to centralize all communications on this platform, which has positively impacted our productivity and information flow. It has many handy features for teamwork, such as file and folder sharing; it allows the team to stay aligned. It is a convenient and helpful software for everyone in the organization.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

One of the qualities I like most about Igloo is the ease with which you can create pages and drive knowledge management in the organization. Moreover, it is easy to use and cost-effective; it allows communication and information to be shared better. Collaboration is another strong point of Igloo; it is a complete tool.

Initially, it proposes a steep learning curve for new users, and many of its processes are complex. The user interface can be improved.

Igloo has boosted internal communication in the organization and helped improve collaboration between colleagues and customers. How it helps impart knowledge management is highly useful, as is how much it helps improve process management; everything has been simplified from its implementation.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

Igloo helps me to exchange files, schedule meetings and control tasks. The user experience is fantastic; it can establish an internal network where you can communicate, send files and do thousands of things to centralize work. The interface is spotless.

The language support is monotonous and only supports the same fundamental languages. The cost is a problem because it is not fixed and goes up every time there is an upgrade.

We post updated information on each new employee and upcoming events. It helped us to communicate and set up a proper IT parameter. It also provides metrics that the rest of the company can use to evaluate employees as they go about their work. It has been essential in achieving the company's decentralization, allowing me to host data in the cloud and encouraging efficient ICT performance within the organization.

It has an extraordinary user interface, it is very helpful when we need to know about what we can do with digital work, we also love this organization because it gives us a lot of support in the content that we want to publish on the page and it is very easy to use, we are very satisfied with the commercial results that we have today using this application

I would love the app to be more flexible so that each page could be more easily synchronized, and also to improve the ability to survey since there is no form, but otherwise, I like the platform.

Igloo's approach to customer service and customer sharing is second to none.  I think they have the best platform and customer service in their industry.  From the implementation/setup team to your customer care representative they all desire to see you succeed.

I can't think of one thing in the Igloo Digital Workplace that I dislike...there are areas of improvement for sure like any company, but they have even created a great platform to share those ideas as well.

Don't bother looking anywhere else.  You'll just waste your time.

The learning curve for our content contributors has been the best feature for us.  It is important that our team of teams can control the content with minimal support from out digital workplace team.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

It took us a minute to get in our groove with our customer success manager (CSM), but once we figured out the best way to leverage our relationship we got into a really strong mode of support.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowledge management, communications, organizational culture.  Giving our staff a single access point for all of our internal content is saving thousands of hours of people time and making our staff feel more connected.  We are also able to surface innovations and testing across our field offices and national staff.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

I have liked that those with little web design or coding knowledge could create and build a dynamic solution for our knowledge repository.  It has provided many ways to show information and had a lot of ways to make it unique to the business areas and needs that we have.  We are pleased with the ability to limit access and permissions to those who would need it.  We have also really appreciated the customer support, training, and learning opportunities that IGLOO has provided.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Recognizing that IGLOO cannot give everything that each specific customers would like because of the broad customer base and the needs that each customer has, it has been frustrating that easy things have not be able to be fixed quickly.  There is an idea portal, but some of our ideas we have submitted have been on the board for 2 years, and no progress made.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been glad to have a place to house all of our procedures and policies for our operation.  We have appreciated that the history of all changes are tracked in IGLOO which has helped us to mitimze risk for audit, outside controls and ensures that we are having a good customer service experience because our service center reps have access to accurate information.

And as you correctly pointed out, a knowledgebase is easy for anyone to set up, but we also provide a number of pre‑built digital workplace solutions for knowledge management such as our brand knowledge base, governance center, RFP center and many more. Also, we designed Igloo with a robust permissions model to allow for global permissions, permissions based on area, channel or even down to the individual content. These permissions can be set for specific individuals or groups, ensuring that your employees have secured access to the right information. Also, regarding your feature requests, there’s a few different ways we can look into this, but I’d suggest checking with your customer success manager first.  The technology teams here rely on a number of factors to determine new features to be included and the release to production of new features, integrations and solutions occurs approximately every 28 days. But your customer success manager will certainly look into your specific feature request for you.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

Igloo's Customer Care is a huge help when it comes to answering any questions you might have about our digital workplace. I also love the bi-annual conferences that Igloo offers! The sessions are so informative and it's great to see what other companies are doing with their intranets. Our previous Customer Success Manager, Arlene, was amazing. She always kept us in the loop with new product updates, answered all of our questions, and focused on finding solutions for us!

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

I have nothing in particular that I dislike.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is focusing on our user engagement and executive buy-in. We've greatly improved these areas with the new products Igloo is rolling out and we're excited to see what other products are rolled out in the near future!

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

The content moderation workflow is my favourite feature on Igloo. It gives employees across the organization the ability to seamlessly submit content, and then I can easily edit, approve and schedule the content.

I also like that we can organize our content into many different blogs/department pages so that it is easy to find.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

I wish there was an easier way to manage group members in the back-end, because we do experience a lot of members "disappearing" from certain department pages from time to time.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal communications are all in one place - a central location for employees to read important news, take action if required, and also share relevant news. I love that Igloo is easy to use, which allows employees to feel empowered to explore the platform's many features and share/interact with the news that matters most to them.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

The Igloo platform is easy to use and navigate. The translate feature allows staff from different countries to share ideas, stories, and comments, despite the language barrier.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

The search feature has improved over the years, but it's still not the best — especially if you search for something specific that includes multiple words. Being able to filter results help, but it will still bring up every result that includes the individual words before bringing up the full phrase/words searched for. This can make finding what you're looking for difficult.

**Recommendations to others considering Igloo:**

Igloo is a great intranet platform. As with any new platform, it took users a while to get used to navigating the site and finding what they need. It also took time to build the actual site and pull over the content. The Igloo team was very helpful in creating the site, but it was a very time-consuming process.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Igloo is helping us bring together colleagues from around the world. We want employees to have the opportunity to engage with each other and build a community, and Igloo provides us with the platform to do just that.

I wish we could force users to stay subscribed to email notifications.

Go ahead and stand it up. The cost is minimal and you won't regret it. The company is easy to work with and the platform does what they say it will without a lot of administration burden.

We wanted a platform that was easier to administer and easier to use than SharePoint, but that still looked good and got the information distributed to our staff. Igloo does all that at a very reasonable cost.

I love being able to build pages, subpages, and several layers of deep sections, so I can have control over the entire organization. I really like that its easy very to use and extremely versatile. Igloo also helps you to build a knowledge base for sharing information with everyone.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Prices can lead to high costs. Something really strange happens every time I wish to add files to the desktop site, it saves me any old files that have nothing to do with what I'm working on. makes me furious.

**Recommendations to others considering Igloo:**

In terms of parts, page layout, color scheme, labeling, etc., it can also be personalized for your company. If you have a decentralized business that needs to house data in the cloud to collaborate, Igloo works great. I'm recommending this.

Igloo was used primarily to facilitate contact between team members, to share data and schedule appointments in other Departments, as well as a forum for exchanging information between teams across countries. We aim to standardize all communications in our department into one accurate and efficient network so that productivity can be greatly improved.

It's great that Igloo provides me with a digital work environment that resembles a social network, which makes our work not only organized but also fun. I can easily share information, files in different formats, projects, assign and perform tasks, interact with colleagues seamlessly and more, all within one platform. Igloo is very easy to use, its interface is quite intuitive and navigable. Their technical service is very attentive and efficient.

Igloo is expensive compared to other tools in the market, however we decided to give it a try and I can say that it is worth every penny invested, it works excellently for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Igloo:**

It is incredibly effective in bringing work teams together, distributing information securely and efficiently, sharing files in different formats and performing tasks within the same environment. It's worth trying, I recommend it.

Igloo has been very helpful within our organization to carry out a more organized and fluid work within each work area. We have felt comfortable using this resource in our day-to-day work. It has been an excellent solution to internal communication, collaboration and information distribution problems. It has been of great benefit in maintaining order within the organization and increasing productivity.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

I enjoy being able to use Igloo's software for integration with multiple platforms such as GSuite, dropbox, slack, zendesk, salesforce, and Microsoft products. I mainly use Google and Microsoft products for all things business and personal related, and Igloo is a fantastic resource to combine all in one.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

The applications can become glitchy and not load when in need of an update or right after installing a recent update, which can be challenging to utilize the software.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to combine files within this app to share across multiple platforms with users in the administration.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

Igloo is HIPPAA compliant and this was important factor when considering a platform that would address our ethics committees concerns. The in-house option for workplace analytics is a bonus as we are not allowed to utilize google analytics as stipulated by our REB.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

We do not have a web developer on our team, and so once our platform was out of the development phase and the igloo team released the platform to our control and administration, there were some challenges in terms of making changes, understanding the platform on our own - changes in team members may have played a role in this as well. Additionally, when submitting a request for an issue (glitch, feature request) that requires somewhat immediate attention, the support team is unable to give a timeline as to when the issue will be fixed OR even notify you of the fix - you are directed to read the newsletters.

**Recommendations to others considering Igloo:**

In terms of research, our choice of igloo was swayed heavily by our ethics committee who were looking for HIPPAA compliance

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Igloo to house resources and a community of study participants, it provides a one stop place to access all study related material for our participants. We also have a space hidden from participants where the research team members can collaborate before implementation that is more efficient/succinct than email. The ability to assign platform members different levels of access has proved to be a great asset.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

I like how easy it is to configure permission groups, set up new spaces, collaborate on shared calendars for upcoming events and training.  Igloo is far better at this than any other intranet I have worked with!  Our overall experience also improved once we enabled single sign on with our Microsoft services as it mean that users no longer needed to have a disjointed sign in experience.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Igloo has a bit of work to do in relation to document collaboration compared to some of its competitors.  Collaboration on documents can be difficult if you want multiple people to edit at once, as only one person can currently edit a document at a given time.

**Recommendations to others considering Igloo:**

Depending on what your company priorities are, Igloo should definitely be a high contender.  With easy to use blogs, wikis and calendars, and easy to configure page layouts, it is a great choice for people implementing a solution who don't have high technical literacy.  The only downfall we have found is the inability to have multiple people editing one document simultaneously which will need to be a consideration when choosing a platform.  If employee engagement and easy of use of important, Igloo is a great choice.  If document collaboration with multiple users simultaneously is a priority, then Igloo may not be there yet.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a bit issue with sharing events and training with staff.  Igloo has a great calendar function which allows multiple calendars to be overlaid into one widget to enable users to view all upcoming events and training in one view.  It also allows users to book in for events and training through the Igloo calendars which makes attendance easier to gauge.

The customer service and strategic support is fantastic at Igloo. We conducted a refresh of our intranet in 2018, and the team was very helpful and supportive the entire way. Even with smaller day to day fixes, the staff are very quick to respond to support tickets. It is always a pleasure working with Igloo staff, they are incredibly friendly and talented professionals.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

I wouldn't change much, the software is great and works well. We are a long standing customer with Igloo, and customer feedback based improvement has always been a priority for them, and you can see it which is fantastic. We have the ability to make improvement recommendations on the support site, and it is great to see Igloo taking those seriously.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We purchased Igloo to solve communication challenges, specifically with how our employees receive company news and information. We made it our goal to make "The Current" our primary communication tool and have realized incredible success. In the past two years we recorded a 200% increase in viewership and a sizable increase in users engaging with content.

Training on the Igloo platform is intuitive and extensive. I joined my current company after they had already implemented their digital workspace and I was able to get up to speed with the help of tutorial videos, webinars, semi-private training and knowledge base.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Semi-training frequency of each type is typically once per month which can make scheduling a little difficult. That being said, they're noted well in advance so I haven't ran into any substantial issues booking the module that I needed.

**Recommendations to others considering Igloo:**

Take advantage of Igloo's webinars, private, and semi-private training. Their instructors are great in giving you the knowledge and practice to implement what you need into your digital workspace.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to have a centralized hub to access company information and resources has empowered our Ambassadors to really take in our company values and learn about departments or other properties that they may not have frequent communication with. As a hotelier with owned, managed and franchised properties, being able to collaborate with and inform Ambassadors has helped with employee engagement, especially on the recognition side with our Kudos program.

Lots of options on how to collate and present information in different formats, while being easy to navigate. Like being able to add blogs, share documents, create larger pieces of information using links to navigate around the work. Users from many roles can provide content and access information. Support available if required. Able to change the layout and re-prioritise information if needed. Different access levels is essential to stay compliant for GDPR etc. Good to be able to change number of users if needed.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Would like more options for the end view users see. Graphics could stand out more. Some of the graphics look a little bit dated so would like to see a more modern finish. Would like to wow users when  they first log in. Would like member grouping to be simplified. Never remembers my login, even when saving it! 'More' options on menu at top don't display correctly as far as I can see.

Not a company I had heard of previously but definitely worth considering as an option.

Make sure you have a small team of people to help with deployment. Develop a governance plan prior to rolling this out to your staff. They won't know what to do with it and get frustrated if you don't have a governance plan and a plan for how you want to use the platform. This will cause them to not use it. Make sure that ALL leaders in your organization are encouraging the use of the product, otherwise it wont go so well.

I appreciate the turn-key aspects which make Igloo intranet software ready to use off the shelf. Its straightforward look and feel minimize confusion and keep things simple for users who want to get things done.

There are lightly customizable options but they are largely limited and limiting. Perhaps the platform will become more flexible and allow for more creativity over time. There does not seem to be a whole lot of innovation or development going on, however, so don't count on that.

Using Igloo on a standard level isn't hard at all. That's very important when we want to onboard new user and have them use the system continuously for work activities and information sharing. The software usage is similar to Facebook, so it's easy for those that have experience with Facebook. Igloo goes much farther than Facebook when it comes to productivity tools. We can assign to-dos and share business resources more efficiently in Igloo.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Igloo doesn't have many of the more detailed project management features that would allow us to plot out tasks in an orderly schedule or calendar. There aren't the kinds of charts and graphs that are included in some of the more professional intranet systems.

Igloo can make your staff more united and not left in the dark as much as they might be without a central work hub.

The platform has a wide variety of capabilities that cater to potential customers, and are valuable for specific corporate units. The program helps all sorts of documents, reports, information and technology projects to be exchanged inside or outside the enterprise. This enables forums, workshops, tracking and supervision with other departments to share information and to schedules.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

When we began, we'd like more advice on the web layout setup and design. Now, we begin to understand that our platform is somewhat disorganized and that there are other buttons that we don't need. There should have been more best practices. We have a fantastic demand, but we do not have the extra money to invest on producing paquets.

**Recommendations to others considering Igloo:**

Completely recommended for all types of organizations because of its many features that allow the company to rationalize any form of operation. This allows the enterprise to be modified with application models versions and guarantees the tool's incorporation of any operation carried out by the enterprise is an effective and successful process. Hesitate not to try that.

Due to its wide-ranging variety of roles in all fields, all branches of the company use Igloo. Using this platform, the connectivity with all the team members will be great, we exchange documents, reports and tasks to make it available to all people. Even workers working outside the company will make use of it. Via this we will be able to post and report articles, projects and other data, as well as social media site.

Igloo is easy to set up, navigate and with solid customer service. In addition its customization is something key to establish comfort in the user. Igloo provides you with excellent customization capabilities and really adapts to the need for small fast communication situations to important announcements of the operating company. The calendar function is visually attractive.

The price is high, this can have negative consequences to be able to acquire it. However, many people use it.

If you are looking for communication throughout the company, it is certainly a total program and capable of performing this function. It is also a solid platform and you will get where you want to go when you do not have an intranet. I just want you to consider its price, I don't want to alarm it, but you should keep in mind that it's a bit expensive. However, the program is powerful.

I like that the site can be configured to do as much or as little as you and your team need at any given time. The page design and site management is quick and intuitive. It is a great, central space for a team to share ideas and access a centralized document bank. Plus, they are constantly making improvements and growing the functionality of the tool, and it has never impeded the current function. I love working with a company who continues to grow their product for new and existing clients.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

I wish there were more customization options available to the end user in terms of page layout. Also, I would like to be able to give subfolders custom email addresses, which would allow for easier file management.

From our very first experience with the Igloo sales team, who absolutely bent over backwards to build us a prototype that truly matched our expressed needs before we invested a single dollar, to our phenomenal project manager and her skilled implementation team, to the responsive and empowered support people, Igloo is a company that is built on the greatness of its people.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Occasionally, the base platform shows some signs of age, the solution to which is an add-on or "upgrade" instead of a platform update release.  When the upgrades represent true enhancements, this is generally a reasonable approach, but when the upgrade represents little more than a user interface "fix" (UX improvement), this model of charging additional $ to access the improvement can do damage to the Igloo-is-our-Partner relationship.  An example of this is the "premium profiles" module--again, simply an improved design for the "standard" profile functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering Igloo:**

Make sure you have a well-rounded internal team, including IT people with experience in WebCMS.  Igloo is a powerful, flexible platform, which means you need to invest in understanding the platform in a fairly sophisticated manner before you can fully harness it.

Our organization is broad, with a multi-faceted structure.  We operate in many different domains, which causes something of a cultural challenge in which certain subcultures begin to assert themselves and reinforce silos.  Our Igloo platform is helping us build a more collaborative system which, even more crucially, is continually driving a more collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Igloo has a crisp design that places menu items, charts and communications in concise and organized sections. The pricing is good compared to other professional intranet type solutions on the market. We can add charts, calendars and post knowledge libraries so that people can always be able to retrieve the information they need to finish their job.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

If you don't plan properly and get everyone on board with the proper instructions, some users can make everyone else's tasks more difficult sometimes.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it's running well, Igloo allow everyone to get their work done in a more timely fashion and requires less information requests from person to person. We can stay informed collectively with the same information so their is less inconsistency across all share data and timelines.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Upon initial set up, we would've like to have seen more consulting when it comes to configuring and laying out the site architecture, we now are starting to realize that our site is slightly disorganized and there are a lot of widget that we aren't using. More best practices could've been provided. The marketplace is great, but we don't really have the additional budget to spend on the evolve packages.

**Recommendations to others considering Igloo:**

have a plan and a site layout. Seek outside site architects to help you with navigation and UX design.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Where to begin. I think communication is the biggest. We are reducing the amount of non-vital emails that employees receive. We are going more green and printing off less materials because we now post electronically. Knowledge sharing and have a one stop shop for what's happening around the company, kudos, documents, a directory complete with photos and job titles (probably our favorite and most used feature is our directory).

As an inexperienced webmaster, Igloo's support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. In general, managing and creating on Igloo is relatively user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

If certain needs are not met by the current platform standards, there is no specific time-line for addressing gaps.

**Recommendations to others considering Igloo:**

Igloo allowed us a to design and create a website to our needs, there may be some specific gaps in our service due to Igloo's limitations but in general, I would recommend Igloo as a complete service provider. The ease of use should be particularly attractive to you

We are a tele-health research project, participants are accessing our resources, tools, and online community via Igloo.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

Our organization highly values Igloo's robust and customizable products. When you embark on planning and building your digital community, you don't know what you don't know. We built something that was fantastic in 2017, today, our digital community needs are different. If Igloo's technology wasn't as robust and flexible, it would be hard to update our community.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

The only walls we've hit are the access levels for site administrators. We did want one area partitioned off for just board members. We ended up having to move the members to a dropbox for file sharing instead. It made sense. Our Intranet was more for operations rather than governance.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving employee engagement and communications. We would not have been able to move to our new structure without the proper online communications, document storing abilities and employee recognition features available to us through Igloo.

The best parts are the ease of use from an admin and end user perspective. Great knowledge base and provide stellar customer support if needed.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

The lack of a robust workplace analytics requires outsourcing additional software. The existing analytics provide a high level overview and do not support filters. An example would be to have the option to look at data week by week and specifics dates.

**Recommendations to others considering Igloo:**

The platform is intuitive, accessible and provided many solutions to our needs. Additionally, Igloo is very transparent with its monthly software builds and roadmaps.

Igloo has modernized our digital workplace and created a central collaborative communication platform.

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

At first the Igloo components and terminology was a bit daunting.  All the 'how to' training videos break the initial mystery down to more easily understandable chunks.  I found myself opening a video, listening for awhile, stopping it, and building the channel and widgets in our workplace.  Little by little it came to life.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

The transition from Sales to Consulting services was a real shock.  Our experiences with the consulting resources assigned by Igloo were not good.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campfire (Igloo) is on target to become our global communication platform.  Benefits include transparency of corporate news and announcements across all locations,

**What do you like best about Igloo?**

Great system for quickly creating and managing content, dates and documents that have complex access and/or language requirements. A free trial with very few limitations made this tool easy to assess, sell internally, and deploy to our organization.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Monthly feature updates have slowed down in past few years. A few key features have had longstanding bugs. Certain features like content sliders and social widgets which should be part of the product are instead sold as 3rd party add-ons. Documents cannot be assigned a language, which causes some searches results to become crowded with non-english results.

**Recommendations to others considering Igloo:**

Take the free trial as far as you can. Learn to build your own solutions. Some HTML knowledge will go a long way. Do not over-design, or overstyle your site.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Greater corporate community and workplace harmony. Employee engagement and operational awareness has increased.

Blogs and broadcasting are helpful, as it makes sharing info/doing company blasts a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Igloo?**

Notification and messaging system/setup is pretty rudimentary. Folks are incredibly put-off by the email blasts, and the subscriptions setup is a bit clunky.

**What problems is Igloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've created a centralized hub for content, and a way to share information with the team. We just launched last week with mixed success.
