I love the fact thet they are so open about what their software can do, and what it can't. They are great to spar with about solutions, and integrating with them has been as easy as pie. Of course there has been some communication things, but that is more because of the fact that 3-4 parties had to be present in the discussion. The price was also very competitive. There are few things. I might dislike that their support seems a little all over the place, and it is a little hard to keep track on how far our requests are in the queue, but that is true for many.
