This enables us to establish several incentive schemes on the cloud-based platform namely discretionary pool bonuses MBOs and non-cash incentives. **What do you dislike about Iconixx Incentive?** The degree of flexibility in the presentation of those reports appears to be somewhat restricted. The basic report is useful but occasionally, I find it necessary to export the data and use programs such as Excel to develop reports that meet requirements. **What problems is Iconixx Incentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Iconixx Incentive does away with all the hassles that come with manual issuing of bonuses and running of incentive programs. The software is designed to support multiple incentive programs based on the needs of the distinct company. ### 2. It also enables us to implement and control different types of incentives such as discretionary pool bonuses, MBOs and much more non cash awards. **What do you dislike about Iconixx Incentive?** The reports do not give information describing how individual teams or departments perform in the bonus programs. This restricts the analyses of incentive structures for certain subgroups in the company and thus our findings. **What problems is Iconixx Incentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Iconixx Incentive is designed to eliminate legacy processes that are typical of incentive compensation management and take a lot of time of the HR personnel. I find it very user-friendly and easy to use.
