The data and files are very secure. **What do you dislike about ICE Platform?** Sometimes we feel as an employee that we cannot download personal files to our laptop that is used for self usage from Microsoft Office 365 ICE platform. But this is how Microsoft product works. It might take some more time for first-time users to cope up with Microsoft Office 365 platform. **What problems is ICE Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being a Microsoft user from so many users, I strongly believe that Microsoft should make more and more videos to create awareness and make users to get assurance that Office 365 ICE platform will really benefit, if they use to a greater extent to know the real potential of it. ### 2.
