This tool offers a comprehensive system that allows the user to track EHR and eMAR, making it a one-stop destination for all admin-related tasks. Customer support is available too in case of any issue, they are extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about iCareManager?** I dont think dislike anything about iCareManager **What problems is iCareManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** it streamlines oprtaion porcess- saving time and maintaining accuracy. It integrates multiple tasks under one roof. ### 2. In addition, the user interface of mobile applications needs to be improved. **What problems is iCareManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a clock-in/clock-out service that is very useful for managing employees' work schedules. It also provides staffs with unique roles that they can assign to themselves. ### 4. This helps to cut costs and stay organised. **What do you dislike about iCareManager?** The UI should be improved to decide and filter sensitive content of the people working in the organisation. Overall experience is good but can be improved. **What problems is iCareManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** ICareManager helps organise and manage health related information. It helps our organization to efficiently monitor and to improve living conditions of employees. ### 5. I use it on a daily basis to access information about our customers. The quick links are also very helpful, but not always. See below. **What do you dislike about iCareManager?** Some quick links are labeled in a certain way that will make you think it's for a certain action when it will do something else. **Recommendations to others considering iCareManager:** Make sure you take as much training as possible when offered.
