We've managed to slash our operating costs by over 70% while improving our delivery times by more than 80%. I really like the way these tools work in identifying automation opportunities from their interactions to build intelligent and effective workflows. The results are impressive with the amount of data analyzed enables us to provide the directors and investors with truly incredible in-depth insights that they were never able to get, and this is how IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation turns the into data-based decision-making. I'm a fan of the built-in AI capabilities, which allow me to hand over some of the more minor duties to the tool while I focus on higher-level work. They brought to us the most advanced AI-powered automation that increases the speed of processing, reduces errors, and minimizes the risk of human-mistakes, reducing costs and saving thousands of hours. The more time we save for them, the more costs they save, and the higher customer satisfaction score they achieve. My experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation has been outstanding. The only con that I see which is a huge con for some of my clients, is the low number of the pre-built workflows is reflecting negatively with the clients, which could impede the platform's adoption. What problems is IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation solving and how is that benefiting you? We've achieved a lot of success since the day we started to use this automation cloud from IBM. The impressive results and the great ROI we achieved in such a short period of time within the first month of using these cloud tools, especially the RPA and Process Mining, and the super-powers of their AI and ML, boosted our performance with better decision-making, and as we were going through all this, our clients were watching too. IBM has brought to us the best technologies in the automation market and inserted them into one single cloud with comprehensive feature-rich tools, We're using this Business Automation cloud from IBM as the leading digital transformation tool and the head of our next-generation digital workforce team, which is currently leading over 25 of digital transformations for some of the largest names in Egypt, and the Middle East, We had a long journey of failure to find the perfect end-to-end RPA solution, finally after this long journey and after the release of IBM RPA (Formerly WDG Automation), and IBM Process Mining (Formerly MyInvenio), which I already had my hands-on them for a previous client, but moving to my current employer has showed me the transformation of IBM transforming them into powerful comprehensive tools with incredible AI/ML capabilities in detecting automation opportunities and for the seamless integration with the rest of IBM Cloud for Business Automation, Their RPA and Process Mining are the greatest combination with end-to-end capabilities and advanced AI/ML technologies to implement intelligence into all departments seamlessly making sure the operation workflow is streamlines, ensuring the safety of our business operations by automatically detecting, continually monitoring, and constantly improving them by identifying the top workflow candidates for automation, estimating our ROI, and displaying the impact of automation efforts on the whole process prior to implementation. They need to give more attention to the debugging mode for debugging scripts to get over the really simple issues and to handle errors that are still unknown to juniors and hardly show up in search, but they are simple and intelligent debuggers could handle that. The main issues are in performance when dealing with large volumes of data in a heavy operation, various bugs show up and we're not capable of reporting them sometimes, but we do when we're able and I hope they take an action regarding them soon. The powers of automation and process/task mining are a life savior to every industry and enterprise with an incredible amount of benefits to getting after implementing a true good software like IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation, Imagine hiring a team of mistake/risk-free employees (Robots), who are very experts in whatever you want them to do, They learn from the first time and they make sure to work the exact way you teach them without putting their touch, They don't care about how boring the task is, or how complex or hard it could be, they work 24/7 without getting tired or getting paid overtime, they don't get tired and their performance is almost the same as long as there are no bugs/errors, they don't need breaks or holidays and most importantly they take the salary of only one or two of them, while you could hire hundreds of them and bring their friends too with no HR procedures or interviews, they work from the cloud and no need to add slots for them in the office. seems impossible right? but this is what you get using robotic process automation and especially IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation to make sure every tool and capability is there in the most advanced way, the entire cloud is combining a set of tools to fulfill my career needs as an enterprise solution engineer with long previous experience of suffering with different poor tools, Today RPAs are getting smarter and better day by day and IBM knows how important they are and that's why they're putting all their power to bring a masterpiece cloud like this one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I don't like the documentation as the cloud itself requires a lot of training time for beginners and first-time users since the implementation isn't so easy and this caused a training journey for our juniors to master it or at least the learn basics, Also the cloud performance goes down on heavy workloads, I have no idea about the main reason but they need to consider it for the upcoming improvements and bug-fixes.
