In the context of our redesign project, Ibexa allowed us to bring everything together within a single, coherent interface—from content management to e-commerce and product information—across both our main domain and subdomains. This unified vision has been key in helping our teams understand, adopt, and contribute to the platform.
The API-first approach was also a decisive factor. It enabled us to connect Ibexa seamlessly with our existing tools, such as our CRM, without disrupting established workflows. What I sometimes miss is a more extensive plugin library, including open-source developments, as well as more advanced custom builders that would allow greater flexibility and experimentation with new services. While the platform offers customization options, these could be further extended to better adapt to specific use cases.
