iasset.com® is a revenue automation platform designed specifically for IT vendors, distributors, resellers, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) operating in complex IT channel environments. The platform automates and streamlines critical sales and revenue lifecycle processes, from real-time installed base insights and channel-friendly configure-price-quote (CPQ) through to full quote-to-cash execution, renewal automation and proactive expansion campaigns, eliminating manual workflows and revenue leakage. Unlike standard CPQ and revenue operations tools that are typically built for direct sales models, iasset is designed to support the structural complexity of channel sales. This includes multi-tier partner relationships, multi-vendor quoting, distributor workflows, and varying pricing rules, margins, and approval processes across different partners and regions. By addressing these complexities, the platform enables organizations to manage channel transactions more consistently while reducing manual effort. A key foundation of the platform is its installed base intelligence, which connects and structures customer, product, and contract data from multiple systems into a unified, data-driven view. This enables organizations to better understand what customers own, when contracts are due, and where revenue opportunities or risks exist across the lifecycle. One of iasset’s core capabilities is its CPQ functionality, which automates quote generation using predefined pricing rules including buy discounts, margins, multipliers, currency conversions, co-terms and rebates,. Users can create bulk configurations, manage pricing updates, and generate multiple versions of quotes. In channel environments, distributors and MSPs/VARs can combine products and services from multiple vendors into a single quote. iasset also supports expansion and lifecycle revenue management by analyzing installed base and contract data to identify opportunities such as upsell, cross-sell, refresh, end-of-life (EOL) and end-of-support (EOS) events. These opportunities can be converted into accurately priced quotes and delivered automatically to partners or customers. In addition, renewals management is automated through the identification of expiring contracts, including subscriptions, licenses, warranties, maintenance, and support agreements. Automated renewal quote generation helps reduce the risk of missed renewals, customer churn, and revenue leakage.

**What do you like best about iasset.com?**

The tool is easy to understand, offers strong search capabilities, and is fast, which boosts productivity. It’s also quite flexible and configurable, allowing us to self-serve and tailor it to a certain extent.

**What do you dislike about iasset.com?**

The license costs are rather high. Some areas (for example, data import) don’t support self-service templates. Overall configurability and tailoring could be improved. I’d also like the option to define rules and model processes myself, rather than having to reach out to the iAsset Dev team for custom implementations.

**What problems is iasset.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use iAsset as our CPQ and contract renewal tool, and it covers our quoting needs well. Since the introduction of event exposure (a custom implementation that provides webhook events whenever specific data changes), we’ve been able to integrate the tool more deeply into our infrastructure and add more process automation, for example by connecting it more effectively with our CRM and ERP systems.

**What do you like best about iasset.com?**

What I like best about iAsset is how well it supports complex technology quoting. The platform helps centralise the quoting process, making it easier to configure solutions, manage pricing, and generate accurate quotes. Features such as handling multi-vendor pricing and foreign exchange (FX) rates are particularly valuable when building complex quotes, helping improve accuracy and efficiency for the quoting team.

**What do you dislike about iasset.com?**

A feature that would be valuable is enhanced price-book management for inventory and customer-specific pricing. Many customers operate under agreed pricing for certain products, such as Cisco networking hardware, and having a more flexible way to apply and manage those customer-specific price books would streamline the quoting process and reduce manual adjustments.

**What problems is iasset.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iAsset solves the challenge of connecting asset lifecycle data with the quoting process. By providing visibility into installed hardware, warranties, and renewals, it enables our team to identify opportunities earlier and deliver more accurate quotes. This ultimately improves operational efficiency and helps us better support our customers.

The strength of iasset is such that it’s difficult to imagine working without it once it becomes part of your daily operations.

**What problems is iasset.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iasset addresses the challenges of manual, reactive renewal management by introducing automation, scalability, and structure into the process. It reduces administrative effort through APIs, bulk updates, and automated workflows; enables proactive quoting based on install base data; and improves communication with partners through scheduled notifications and actionable insights (e.g. unregistered items).

As a result, teams can shift their focus from data entry and operational tasks to more strategic, value-driven activities, leading to stronger customer engagement, improved margin optimisation, and increased pipeline growth.

**What do you like best about iasset.com?**

It is a very stable, user-friendly portal, easy to navigate and use. It could be enhanced with uploads and API options however overall customers like it. TAM is helpful and knowledgeable anytime there is an issue to be solved, IT tickets for urgent matters are addressed promptly.

**What do you dislike about iasset.com?**

Non-urgent enhancement requests are taking a significant amount of time to be assessed and addressed.

**What problems is iasset.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My organization currently uses iAsset for reporting and invoicing. It has significantly streamlined these processes and made our workflow much more efficient.

Being able to Quote and Asset track in the same system
Detailed reporting
Ease of uploading pricebooks, quotes and SaaS invocing

**What do you dislike about iasset.com?**

Some limitations with customisation i.e change quote templates, allowing for more than one PO

**What problems is iasset.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asset management - being able to keep on top of contract/asset renewals for customers
SaaS reporting - being able to upload SaaS usage and generate reporting
Reporting - detailed license/asset reports that are customer ready
