**What do you like best about iAdvize?**

The iAdvize solution package has been a strong addition to the LG.com experience.  It guides our customers through product discovery, helps shoppers navigate a complex purchases, and contributes directly to engagement into conversational commerce and revenue. The team behind it has also been a true partner when integrating and innovating: responsive, proactive, and invested in our success.

**What do you dislike about iAdvize?**

They aren't inexpensive, so there is that.  Fortunately they were able to work with us a bit on pricing, so it was mitigated.  Also, we wanted some broader AI in UX capabilities, for example in search, and we would have liked that to be ready a bit earlier in the product roadmap.  And lastly, while they are working on this, they don't integrate into some of other platforms as well as we would have liked out-of-the-box, but this was addressed through some custom work.

**What problems is iAdvize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iAdvize helps us scale conversational support and product discovery at the volume LG.com requires. The AI Shopping Assistant handles routine product questions 24/7, surfaces relevant products on PLPs to guide shoppers toward the right purchase, and creates a more personalized experience across our consumer electronics catalog. The result has been stronger engagement and a more efficient path to purchase

iAdvize is always innovating and coming to the table with new offerings and development. We have many people interfacing with the chatbot and it has certainly helped mitigate the number of customer service inquiries that we have to personally reply to.

It would be nice to get monthly reports from iAdvize to distill analytics and metrics from the use of this tool.

The chatbot replies to many inquiries that saves our small team valuable time.

I wish we could have added AI questions for model pages but it was more of an issue with how we prepare the product feed.

**What do you like best about iAdvize?**

The iAdvize team was very engaged from kick-off to implementation and beyond. Our solution architects said it was one of the best integrations we have ever undergone. Only being in production now for a few months, we are already seeing the decreased call volume and increased sales. Would recommend. The interface is very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about iAdvize?**

iAdvize listens to any limitations and is quick to work with their product teams to implement quickly. The tools are constantly evolving.

**What problems is iAdvize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iAdvize is helping our business answer customer questions in real time and hand off to an agent when it makes sense. Additionally, we have seen a decrease in call volume allowing our agents to focus on more strategic and sales opportunities. We are also able to answer very specific product related questions on the PDPs.

**What do you like best about iAdvize?**

We use iAdvize daily and our team loves it! The interface is intuitive, the speed of exchanges is a real asset, and discussions easily shift from one advisor to another without losing context. The ability to manage both synchronous (real-time) and asynchronous (the client returns later) conversations is a real advantage, especially for adapting to clients' availability. This allows us to maintain the connection, even when they are no longer online. The routing rules are effective, the statistics are clear, and iAdvize support is always responsive when needed. In summary: a reliable, smooth tool, perfectly suited to our organization.

Nothing to report, the platform perfectly meets our needs.

**What problems is iAdvize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iAdvize allows us to efficiently manage conversations with our customers online, whether in real-time (synchronous chat) or delayed (asynchronous). This significantly improves our responsiveness and the quality of our customer service.

iAdvize has allowed me to deload my customer service team with the majority of website conversations with customers. Monitoring the conversations, iAdvize does an amazing job answering technical and detailed questions that our customers ask and has a very strong conversion rate which makes the service fee a drop in the bucket.

**What do you dislike about iAdvize?**

I have not experienced anything that i dislike about iAdvize at this point, we are about 6 weeks in and have nothing but positive to share.

General questions that customers will ask about our product line, often the same questions which are answered throughout the website but are overlooked. Also solves more technical questions which it is able to answer based off the knowledge base we loaded into it.

**What do you like best about iAdvize?**

iAdvize has been a great partner in helping us elevate our customer engagement. The platform is easy to configure and implement, and our operational teams find it intuitive to use. What truly makes the difference is the exceptional support from the CSM team—they’re deeply committed to our success, constantly challenging us and helping us aim higher. Their proactive guidance ensures we stay focused on delivering a standout experience and reaching our ambitious goals together. A tool that constantly develops and constantly evolve and innovate. The new engagement formats are truly premium.

I think there are some features missing in iAdvize that impact the overall experience. For example, there’s no proper queue system when transferring to an agent—consumers only receive a message saying someone will reply within a few minutes or hours, which can feel vague and unstructured. Additionally, some reporting capabilities are limited. While more detailed insights are available in the back office via the CSM, they sometimes lack the granularity we need.

iAdvize is an AI-based assistance tool that allows us to boost our e-commerce sales. It is an impactful and relevant activation lever to support our customers in their purchasing journey with a personalized and scalable experience! It is an easy-to-use tool that was very easy and quick to integrate.

The application requires very regular monitoring, however, this does not add a significant burden on the users!

IAdvize allows us to respond and assist our customers 24/7 throughout their purchasing journey. This enables us to personalize their experience at any time on joueclub.fr and to advise them as best as possible according to their needs.

The main advantages are having a tool that is easy to set up and use for operational staff. Also, a top-notch support and very good responsiveness to our requests from the beginning of our journey by the iAdvize teams.

An AI gen solution that unfortunately does not currently adapt to our expectations and processes.

It allows us to create optimization for our advisors through synchronous and asynchronous processing. It helps reduce a number of Additional Calls and contributes to the improvement of our NPS.

**What do you like best about iAdvize?**

iAdvize offers a comprehensive service for quality interaction with our clients and prospects. The tool is easy to configure as a whole once you understand the setup of groups, skills, and agent profiles. This tool is also very simple to implement on the website and to tailor according to the site's pages.

**What do you dislike about iAdvize?**

In my opinion, some features are missing, particularly a section for users to leave a message outside of the chat's opening hours so that the agent can respond in the morning and an alert can be sent by email to the user. Our clients are requesting this and are often dissatisfied with their chat experience due to the lack of this feature. I also think the solution should develop the lead generation feature, especially with more formatted fields (e.g., for the date of birth format).

It allows us to communicate smoothly with our clients and prospects who do not like to communicate by phone or email.

The support, responsiveness and engagement we have had from iAdvize during the first year of our partnership, has been extremely good. They're happy to suggest, discuss and develop ideas in partnership with us, to help develop winning solutions for our customers and our business. The flexibility and responsiveness of the iAdvize team, position them as a highly valued partner for us.

**What do you dislike about iAdvize?**

Just  two points for us here:
 - The lack of scheduling functionality to automatically differentiate the Campaigns we run during public holidays requires us to manage this manually for each of our 30+ global Markets.
 - Whilst iAdvize have gone above and beyond to provide what we need (and the data is in the platform, just not necesarily presented how and where we would like to see it), we have had difficulty aligning the KPI and reporting metrics to match those we had from a previous chat vendor. However, iAdvize are working closely with our business teams to provide an API solution that will better suit our needs.

The ibbu Expert service is a very important part of the iAdvize solution for us. This community helps us to support customers with technical product enquiries across our huge range of products, by providing expertise and knowledge across specific product ranges.

Customers can simply message specialists using this service rather than posting the same question on dozens of forums, which makes it much more simple for them to get their questions answered.

**What do you dislike about iAdvize?**

We find it a bit inconvenient because the messaging conversations can not be connected to our team's working chat on Microsoft teams.

Our marketing team has benefited from it since it enables us to communicate with clients on a worldwide scale through text messages, video chats, and not just phone converstaions.

What i liked best about this program was how it help narrow down our area in text and video calling all in one. It is a great platform to use for any and all your marketing strategies.

**What do you dislike about iAdvize?**

What I liked least is the fact that our chats did not combine with our working chat on our Microsoft teams but it helped have an area to text our clients. This was a tricky issue for our marketing done with our whole team.

It benefits our marketing team in being able to speak to clients all around the world in order to help with their tax debts and issues they may have not just through a phone call but texting.

iAdvize was a great test for us to understand how using customers as a source of knowledge could be very beneficial to the business.

It was hard to manage the customers (they're not agents but also not just "customers").

iAdvize is one of the best e-commerce website chat: it allows you to have a lot of metrics available, great dashboard, full of features to help us support our customers and understand site navigation issues.
There are new features quite often and the tool is progressing quickly

It enables an organization to take the conversation online with their customers and experts are able to work with greater flexibility than a traditional job. This platform has proven its prowess during the Covid19 Pandemic for all and has added value to  organisations, experts and customers alike  during this hard time by providing meaningful ways to connect whilst staying safe.

**What do you like best about iAdvize?**

I was selected for a mission at a large online mobile phone sales site. I work in the evening and in my spare time. I can chat with customers with my mobile phone or on my workstation. It's the freedom to work when you want, when you want it most.

**What do you dislike about iAdvize?**

The salary is not fixed and guaranteed throughout the month. It is an important additional remuneration supplement, however. We are teleworking and we do not see and know our co-workers. Maybe it's an advantage not to see each other face-to-face.

**Recommendations to others considering iAdvize:**

You don't necessarily have the job that matches your passion. Iadvize allows you to do this in addition to your current job. Moreover, you do this whenever you want. No one is forcing you to work.

IAdvize trains you with all the tools needed to be effective. They are very supportive and are constantly looking for ways to improve. They truly listen to feedback given.

**What do you like best about iAdvize?**

Very easy to practise and use, either for an advisor, a manager and an administrator. We can find almost anything we need as figures for analytics : it's a very powerfull solution for behavioural targeting on livechat.

**What do you dislike about iAdvize?**

Dislike may be too much, but it certainly need improvement : Relationship with team when we try to submit improvement based on usage, if it's not on the roadmap, we have lack of listening from the Iadvize Team.

**What problems is iAdvize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work for company which deals both with Customer care issue and sales achievement. Using Iadvize is a growth lever on Customer satisfaction and transformation rate.
