**What do you like best about HyperRESEARCH?**

HyperResearch is developed by a very dedicated team who has supported this software for decades. The company has been around forever- they are driven by customer satisfaction, not profit and continue to offer a permanent license. None of the other QDA companies offer an ongoing, non-expiring license.

**What do you dislike about HyperRESEARCH?**

It is not updated often and has a dated interface. Its main problem is its terrible PDF editor/display tool.

**What problems is HyperRESEARCH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using HyperResearch to organize our Unit's key files and build a cross-referenced database so that we can retrieve related information about policy.

**What do you like best about HyperRESEARCH?**

This software offers nearly a zero learning curve. It is very simple and performs greatly on reducing the researchers time. This has really reduced the time which researchers would have been wasted by deeply checking on manual records.

**What do you dislike about HyperRESEARCH?**

This software may be a bit costy to some companies. However this is not a serious drawback.

**Recommendations to others considering HyperRESEARCH:**

This software is easy to work with and is also cost effective thus is able to be used by any one at any level. It save on time and this has  created a very tangible work to most organizations as compared to previous time before installation of the software.

**What problems is HyperRESEARCH solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software has really make our work easier by reducing both the effort and time of performance almost to zero. It has brought various articles in place which are very useful to most researchers.
