**What do you like best about HyperDX?**

easy to use, awesome support, otel native, and ingests all your logs metrics and traces

**What do you dislike about HyperDX?**

occasional ui bugs, but nothing serious, and they always fix them super fast

**What problems is HyperDX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their pricing is better than all other competitors by a wide margin, so we save a ton of money with them. They're also open-source!
