What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Huntress ITDR has been a critical component in our ability to substantially mitigate risk of compromised users for our clients, the action triggers and alerting have been a key function of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

The way incidents and escalations are setup, labeled and split is a bit cumbersome. The Incidents portion is fine but we do find the sheer amount of escalations that generate with no automated actions or triggers resulting in hundreds of these escalations overdue in the portal with no easy way of mass actioning (even per client). What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem solved is mitigating risk, quickly and effectively when a user is compromised. While we are very diligent with our clients security posture and some of Microsoft's built in security mitigations can help neither are quite as fast or effective as Huntress for shutting things down on a compromised account before the big damage is done. -Product Support has far exceeded my exceptions in comparison to any other vendor we utilize. Top support

-More actionable integrations

-Tuning process of unexpected access alerts is a little overly complex

What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to bolster our MDR offering by also providing that protection in the cloud with huntress ITDR

Not all of our clients have built out conditional access policies, this keeps them protected
