The specialties that it addresses include: Payroll, benefits, and onboarding – are all functions that help to relieve our limited HR staff. **What do you dislike about Humanic?** Humanic provides connectors just for the largest ATS platforms. Because of this limited integration, applicant tracking and employee onboarding are separate systems, which adds an extra step in the recruitment process. **What problems is Humanic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Humanic helps lower the complexity of managing employees in small and medium-sized enterprises by uniting all basic processes in human resources, including payroll and benefits, onboarding, and more. The integrated platform covers all the necessary functions for HRM, including payroll management, benefits, applicant tracking, and performance management. **What do you dislike about Humanic?** I have a lot of difficulty in making the reports to be more detailed when it comes to reporting on certain figures or comparing figures from different departments. **What problems is Humanic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Humanic offers an integrated solution for all our HR activities so there is no need for various resources and applications. Clearly stating the job tasks and can continue or resume from where we left. **What do you dislike about Humanic?** Currently if is focusing mostly in payroll services so my expectations if it is expanding in other areas will be more good but these are not dislikes just an expectations. **What problems is Humanic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly the time off is a perfect example for the problems solving to me.
