**What do you like best about Humand?**

its versatility, the number of modules that can be added, and the ability to integrate with many applications, whether custom-made or pre-existing

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

its vacation format, because if you implement it in a country that handles vacations differently from others, you cannot customize it and you must request several vacation periods just to have 10 consecutive days of vacation

**What problems is Humand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we were not certain that everyone read the email communications, which is why adopting Humand at first was difficult. However, when we found that having everything in one place, like payroll receipts, employment certificates, vacations, and surveys, became more attractive.

**What do you like best about Humand?**

Humand has everything you need at the click of a button.
The interface is very user-friendly.
The support team takes ALL feedback into account.
Hundreds of tasks are optimized with this tool.

**What do you dislike about Humand?**

Not all end users are accustomed to digitalization.
There might be some resistance from people who are not very tech-savvy, but Humand addresses this by being so intuitive.
