"Cost Effective way to Organize customer data"

What do you like best about Hudu?

I was glad to find a product that would not break the bank but also help me/us keep organized with customer data and information. Also the east or sharing this information with clients it a plus

The various integrations have also been a benefit when tryign to ensure everything is up to date and accurate

What do you dislike about Hudu?

I have to say i have not found anything yet that I dislike about the product.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping me stay organized and keeping information up to date and eliminating information silos

"Hudu is awesome"

What do you like best about Hudu?

We use it for everything doc wise. Even work logs. It is super flexible. We even use it for CMMC and HIPAA clients assessments, evicence, policies, etc. 10/10

What do you dislike about Hudu?

I wish the IP fields on an asset would populate the IP in the network asset.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Documenting all the things. When someone asks a question in the business, we just direct them to our Hudu. If it's not in there, we make it.

What do you like best about Hudu?

I love that TOTP can be added as well as password history!

What do you dislike about Hudu?

I wish the search was a bit better. We should not have to use tags to enchanse Hudu's search. Perhaps better OCR is needed.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Operating procidure is pretty cool. We use it for onbaording clients and ensuring steps are followed when deploying specific tools.

"Using Hudu as MSP and very happy"

What do you like best about Hudu?

Flexibility and abiliity to automate documentation tasks. We use pretty much all of the functions daily. We are using a hudu cloud instance that we integrated with our other tools (NinjaOne, HaloPSA and others). When we had to contact support the questions were answered quickly.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

The Mobile App could use some work. The user interface could also look a bit more modern / responsive.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

We moved to hudu from a wiki Based documentation and are very happy with the formalized documentation and dynamic linking of assets.

Cant honestly think of anything! I love it

"Best password manager with TOTP export!"

What do you like best about Hudu?

Hudu has a simple interface and is easy to implement with easy to use import functionality which makes onboarding a breeze. One stand-out feature of Hudu is that saved TOPT tokens appears in data exports, which means less stress if you or your clients ever need to move to a different password and IT documentation platform. Hudu integrates well with other popular IT platforms.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

Web domain monitoring do not alert on domain expiry and these have to be entered manually. No way to split No billing in local currency as billing is USD only causing fluctuations in charges on the monthly bill.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hudu helps to ensure business continuity.

"Loving Hudu"

What do you like best about Hudu?

The ease of adding in documentation once the base set up has been done. Makes it easy for people to update or create new pieces of documentation while also keeping things standarised

What do you dislike about Hudu?

The Hudu extension on Chrome and Edge is pretty hit or miss for both password and KBs. Would love to see this worked on

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making it easier to find documentation and to update/create it. Ensuring that everything is updated often and up to date.

"Powerful documentation system at a great price which is actually adding new features."

What do you like best about Hudu?

It is under active development and new features are being added at no cost all the time.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

Some minor features lacking from the competition.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralised documentation which is semi-automated and searchable in a way which new staff can quickly locate relevent information.

What do you like best about Hudu?

It is very easy to operate and we can share passwords in a secure manner

What do you dislike about Hudu?

The SSL expiration had a glitch and we didn't know about it so I'll say there no effective communication with clients.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a centralised system and every information is available on hudu and we van just share it with a link and also the cool part is that we can manage the expiration on the link

"Awesome Documentation"

What do you like best about Hudu?

Hudu is simple to use and and customize. We were abel to get it up and running in a few easy steps and then customize it to our linking within no time. Users were able to then log in and access the documentation immediatly.

What do you dislike about Hudu?

It is missing a couple of features like port mapping, but those are being added soon.

What problems is Hudu solving and how is that benefiting you?

With automated documenting via integrations and the ease of use, Hudu simply saves hours of manual work for myself and my techs. Accessing the data is simeple and fast, decresing the amount of time we must work on tickets.
