Easy to navigate and multiple ways to find all pieces of data

I don't have any issues with the way Hudu operates.

We had issues with non-centralised password management and overall patchy KB filings. Hudu leaderboard shows us who contributes the most

I like using Hudu for its features that allow me to share passwords securely and have automated expiration trackers with notifications whenever needed. It's great to be able to relate different assets to each other, which really saves me a lot of time by having all my assets and relevant information in one place. It's also very easy to share this information with my colleagues and external partners. I find Hudu really easy to set up, which was a great advantage when we moved from ITGLUE. Hudu is more enjoyable and useful, with a better API. I also appreciate the fast-paced development and quick responses to feature requests from the community.

Hudu helps us collect all our knowledge about our IT infrastructure and customers' IT infrastructures in one place, documenting everything from processes to IPAM. This centralization enables easy access to information and saves time in daily operations.

I like how clean and simple Hudu is, which makes it easy to use. I also like the ability to customize any type of asset to be stored inside the system, allowing me to build a solution that works for my company. Most of the other software I've tried doesn't offer that same flexibility. The initial setup of Hudu was extremely easy, which is a big plus for me.

The password management system works great if you're using a desktop, but we still have to use LastPass internally to be able to share passwords via mobile device. Having an app that works like LastPass would be great.

Hudu allows me to store everything important in one place, making it easy to access and share with my technicians. The custom asset types enable me to build flexible solutions tailored to my company.

Not only is Hudu VERY user friendly, it has a killer development team that actually listens to their community. It is constantly being optimized and upgraded and added to. Whenever I have an issue or a request I actually feel heard by their support team and multiple add-ons that I have voted for have already been added to the program. We were up and running the same day when we first implemented the program. It was also extremely easy to integrate our current systems and processes into the system. My company uses this system every day for its knowledge base and organization.

To be honest, the things I dislike about Hudu are actively being worked on. If I had 20 things I didn't like about Hudu when we first implemented, I now no longer have those dislikes because the great development team has developed changes or add-ons. It's hard not to love Hudu.

The biggest problem my company faces without Hudu is the Knowledge base and document management for all our properties. We own and run many hotels and other businesses, and being able to easily separate the entities while keeping everything in the same place was exactly what we needed. There are other programs out there that could certainly help us with this process, but not like Hudu can. Not as easily and cost-effectively.

I use Hudu as our day-to-day documentation management platform and asset management. Speed is incredibly important in an MSP environment, and with Hudu, saving even a few seconds on each search makes a big difference throughout the day. The ability to customize setups and documentation for different customers is crucial for us. The initial setup was super easy, and the team was a great help throughout the process. It's the perfect alternative to what I used before.

We love Hudu, not many downsides but more integrations wouldn't hurt the experience

I like that Hudu is safe and secure. I appreciate that it’s accessible through an app on my phone, which adds to its convenience. I also like that I can share certain parts with third parties that might need to gain access to systems. Previously, I had to use a centralized notepad to copy and paste credentials into emails or share them on WhatsApp, but now I have a safe, encrypted way for people to access the information they need.

I feel that having a Hudu extension in the browser would be good to inject passwords.

Hudu centralizes procedures and passwords, providing one-time codes for technicians. It's safe, secure, and has a mobile app. I can share parts securely with third parties, moving from unsecured methods like email or WhatsApp to encrypted sharing.

We like that Hudu offers a cloud-based solution to be more affordable and flexible in it's setup and configuration that its competitors in the same space.

We'd like to see vendors that support integration with Hudu be more flexible and offer more options from inside their products to access information in Hudu. Not all PSA and RMM offer this flexibility.

The business problems it solves most for us is centralized documentation for both our company and our clients.

Excellent support, stable platform that is continually developed. Endlessly configurable and an absolute joy to use!

It can take a long time for significant developments to materialise after being promised but they do actually materialise - unlike other products I have used

It solves all of our KB, documentation, password management and asset recording needs!

What I appreciate most is the straightforward interface, along with the availability of the IPAM feature.

Vendor Integration could be improved, as there are still some areas that need attention.

When I stepped into my current role, I found there was no documentation available. Now, I am able to document everything I discover as I go along.

I really appreciate how Hudu's company listens to users and continues adding features that are requested by the community. The platform is really stable, which is crucial for us as an MSP documenting IT for our customers. The flexible assets in Hudu are also a huge plus, as they are useful for documenting a variety of customer systems. Also, the initial setup of Hudu is very easy and straightforward, especially for someone who has used other documentation platforms before.

The API doesn't have feature parity with the UI, making some tasks impossible to automate. Some features feel half-baked, or never fully realized, like Workflows which only have one possible action right now: Add flag.

I use Hudu for IT documentation, which helps with password management, knowledgebase creation, and flexible documentation of customer systems.
