Hudled was able to provide transparency to our business on what tools we were using, and how much we were spending. Previously, we tracked very manually on Google Sheets. The tool seems at the beginning of its product roadmap - so I have encountered a few bugs along the way. But, no doubt, these should be smoothed in time as the product is built out. Hudled gives us an in-depth and clear view of our SaaS tools. I was surprised at how much info they provided, from where I could save, to renewals, to reviews on products. It’s also very affordable. It was effortless to connect to my accounting system (Xero), read all my transactions, and detect all the applications that I didn't even know that my organization was paying for. Definitely on cutting hidden costs on my stack of applications. I wouldn't have found on my own the amount of savings without Hudled. The audit of our stack was much less complicated than I expected. The software identified our SaaS spending and helped us to trim the fat and assign ownership within the company. I used Hudled in my last role and was really happy with it. Their platform really helps me see everything in one place. In a split second, I can check what tools I use, how much they cost, what they’re charging me each month. Having that clear visibility really helps me out a lot. In my job, I already have limited time and resources. Using Hudled means I do less work when it comes to SaaS management. I simply connected my Xero and all the important info was there for me.
