Everyone i've worked with at Huble as been super friendly and easy to get on with and work with, i would say this is the best thing about working with them. Michelle, Maddy, Mike and Tessa are a dream team!

Huble has helped us streamline our use of HubSpot, making it much easier to manage our Radiologist data and automate workflows. Most notably, there are helping to make our integration between HubSpot and Salesforce more efficient.

The team at Huble was incredibly supportive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. Their guidance and expertise made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

**What do you like best about Huble?**

Huble's best assets is their people. They approach projects with a warm and friendly nature, but also quickly demonstrate their skills.
Some times the skills are complementary to our internal teams, offering the extended work bench, but on many other occasions they bring new skills and a fresh perspective to the team.
My biggest appreciation comes in their dedication to succeed, both from the agency and client perspective.

**What do you dislike about Huble?**

There isn't too much to dislike about Huble. They are constantly looking for feedback throughout and at the end of projects in order to improve customer experience and our agency/client partnership.

**Recommendations to others considering Huble:**

I would recommend Huble as a great digital marketing partner. Whether that's scoping new projects together, considering customer journeys, how to teach new audiences, project management or digital consultancy - they have the depth in their team to always bring the right skills to help solve problems for the client.
Oh and they are pretty amazing with their HubSpot knowledge :)

I have worked with Huble for many years. They have solved multiple problems at a strategic and tactical level across our marketing teams from digital, global and regional marketing teams.
It is their ability to think outside the box, to bring latest trends and thinking that brings the biggest benefit. 
They push to understand and jointly create the best brief which enables them to deliver (or over deliver) on our expectations.

Our company reached out to inquire about a new Hubspot feature. We thought they would be a good candidate for a possible partnership.

**What do you dislike about Huble?**

The fact that they couldn't provide an answer for a project other than saying they couldn't meet a deadline. I asked a follow up question and they didn't answer it.

**What problems is Huble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Requested information and their Account Executive couldn't provide any details other than saying they couldnt meet a deadline. Very poor customer service and don't recommend.

CRM Optimisation
We have a complex customer database with multiple integrations outside of HubSpot. Huble is assisting us in optimising our database to ensure leads are added to the pipeline, progress through lifecycle stages, and are ultimately assigned to the most suitable member of our sales and recruitment teams.

Brand Evolution & Website Development
Huble recently helped us migrate to a new CMS and evolve our brand color palette. They demonstrated their capability with a multifunctional team that collaborates effectively to deliver an outstanding website, both in terms of front-end and back-end development.

They are a true extension of our team. They know our account better than the team knows beause of how long they've been servicing our company. The team is not only smart but has the best attitude. We share a lot of laughs working with them.

I wish they supported more ESPs and not just Hubspot.

Data discrepancies between internal systems and ESP.
Lack of historical knowledge due to team turnover and lack of documentation.
Migrating of 20+ brands into one platform - fixing the issues that were overlooked during the migrations that happened before their time.

**What do you like best about Huble?**

They have the ability to flex pretty fast and are able to accomodate or we are able to help them prioritize work properly. Thomas Mayer has been an amazing partner to get the SEA strategy to the best it has been in years.

**What do you dislike about Huble?**

Sometimes it feel like because Global holds the budgets, their work is more important than other teams. In the case of EU, it took a pretty aggressive approach to even secure a lead like Andreea for the Special Accounts project given it was a big priority for the Head of Marketing for EMEA but not so much for Global. In those instances it becomes a bit of a power play which unfornately feel like othe projects don't matter. This then deters us from working with Huble when we can find another agency instead. Another comment is their rates are fairly high so sometimes looking into contractors for shorter time frames might make sense for short term projects.

**What problems is Huble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had a capacity problem along with team members who are not as well versed in connecting the dots between platforms and what are the best practices for digital execution. Huble especially with Andreea Raducan leading the Special Accounts project for the DE and UK teams, has brought a sense of collaboration but also steering us in the right direction to ensure optimal delivery and best outcomes. The benefit here is we get additional support to do great innovative projects and it allows us to continue to focus on day to day business which is equally as important.

The service ethic is tremendous from everyone we worked with:  client services to technical implemenation, everyone was ready to help in any way they could.     

Huble took the time to really understand what we were trying to accomplish and make reccomendations; beyond just replying to a brief.

Project planning and billing are very straightforward and clear.

No dislikes come to mind. We had no bad experiences with them.

If you need a multifaceted technical and creative marketing partner, I would absolutely recommend considering Huble.

My business needed to move to a more targeted ABM approach and knew we couldn't do it in-house.   We selected Huble as our agency/consultant to work with us to architect/design and deploy a global ABM program using Hubspot and Salesforce.   Huble pulled together a team from across the globe to get the expertise we needed and worked seamlessly with out marketing and tech teams to integrate the new program into our existing CRM.   

We have retained Huble to continue to support us as we work on different programs and push for higher efficacy in our marketing efforts.

The friendly attitute, responsiveness, professionalism. They feel like an extension of our team, really understand the business and are great working directly with my stakeholders. No task is too big, they help us brainstorm and come up with new ideas, come up with different campaigns and support us from the beginning to end.

Sometimes (during busy periods) the wait for resources (e.g. copywriter) can be a little longer than I would like, but this is addressed by forward planning and booking resources in advance by my account manager.

**What do you like best about Huble?**

My account manager - Jo! She is a wonderfully organised and multi-talented marketing professional. She ensures that all our campaigns have very clear timelines, roles and responsibilities, and keeps not only herself and stakeholders at Huble on-time but also manages to get me and my stakeholders organised and clear on the latest progress. Nothing ever gets missed or slips Jo's attention, despite a very busy workload. She is always responsive, polite, friendly and very easy to work with. The quality of her and her team's work is great and if something doesn't hit the mark with the first try, Jo will ensure we get there quickly. She often anticipates what we will need for the project without me even asking (e.g. design support) and schedules it ahead of time, so that the project runs as smoothly as possible.

Jo makes my day-to-day role so much easier, she's always on top of all our tasks, I never have to chase her for something that's been missed or forgotten, instead she's my go to person to remind where we are with our projects if I lose track myself.

Jo is also a very strong copywriter, able to understand briefs well and produce work of very high and professional quality, quickly, following our brand guidelines and TOV. She's responsive to feedback and very easy to work with.

What's most important to me is - I can always rely on Jo, I know she will never let me down and will continue delivering outstanding work, like she has been so far. I am very happy to be able to work with her daily, and there's no way I could be as successful in my role without her support.

From the very beginning their communication & transparency has been excellent – not once have we had to chase for an update. The team are knowledgeable and talented, no request is too big or small and the team are always keen to learn as much about our business as possible to ensure they deliver the best solutions available. 

Every call, email & demo is informative with clear explanations for those items we don't understand along with comprehensive easy-to-read documentation provided at the end of each project. Every project runs smoothly, is well organised & completed within deadlines.

It took a little time for them to understand our business models and products, but after a few months, they understood and now we can see the difference with their recommendations.

While the team is located in many different locations and jetlags, they manage to create that “one family” approach and seamlessly work together. Their calls always have the same structure, making you feel comfortable knowing what to expect. One small detail I particularly like is their generic email address created specifically for your account, making it easy to contact everyone at once and from their end to ensure everyone is up to date with the latest information. Special mention to Faith, Matt, Mike and Jodie who have been consistently fantastic!

I love working with the Huble team and could not recommend them enough. Not only the team is technically knowledgeable, but their customer service is also simply excellent!

We needed to construct a completely new website with new content, navigations an visuals. We have been working with Huble for over a year now, because we had delays in supplying content. Fatma and her team at Huble Munich are assisting us with the relaunch of our website and are providing us with clear guidance and expertise on all things HubSpot. Fatma is always giving her all to find tailored solutions and involving other experts from her team where needed. Each person we had contact with from Huble was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I recommend the Huble team to any marketer wanting to implement or already using HubSpot.

Jo-Anne has taken to time to understand our strategic direction and tone of voice. Work that in the past took many reworks are now completed with few reviews.  I appreciate this applied learning and cognitive  partnership.

Quality is dependant on consultant. In the past I have received work with spelling and grammar errors and misalignment of thought.

I recently joined Velocity as the Head of Sales, and The Hubble team and in particular Alex Enache, Evaline who  have been brilliant. Thanks to Alex's and the Evalin's expertise we have a functioning, data driven CRM system which is facilitating our growth! I can't thank the team enough - The system is amazing and it enables us to quickly, efficiently and accurately record all my teams sakes operations - in a digital end to end way! We are finally rid of spreadsheets!!!

Despite not having face to face meetings and having to work via teams and other collaboration tools the project ran successfully.

Over the last 8 months Huble have taken us from an end of life CMS to a fully integrated HubSpot platform with limitless opportunities. They have also created a clean, fresh contemporary site design that has already started turning heads.

Huble Digital have been rebuilding our website in HubSpot (CMS Hub Professional). At the same time another Huble team has been setting up our CRM (Sales Hub Enterprise) using multiple vendors for inventory management, payment, sales pipeline, and more. Garage Living has 40+ franchises and this project has been a complicated one. We had a horrible experience with a previous vendor that was in over their heads. Huble has become a great partner that has gained our trust and respect as industry experts.

Huble have been supportive and extremely flexible. No task is so small and we have learnt a lot from them. Their team is extremely friendly, punctual, and extremely experienced.

Very little to dislike but if I had to pick something I think scheduling can sometimes be tricky due to how their workload is booked - this only becomes a problem when there are lots of stakeholders on both sides.

Huble Digital is helping us to set up Hubspot Marketing Hub and we had discussions around Hubspot Sales CRM. The marketing hub will be transformative for our marketing activities and knowing we have a trusted provider on hand makes it an easy and enjoyable process.

We have been working with Huble for the last year to migrate our existing website onto the Hubspot Marketing and Sales suite, including tailoring both solutions to our Sales pipeline model, and marketing automation, SEO and Paid Advertising goals.

**What do you like best about Huble?**

The Huble team really know Hubspot. They have worked in the tool for over ten years, but their depth of understanding, particularly in their subject matter leads (Sales, Marketing, SEO)  is a real strength. No matter the problem we have put to them they have managed to get Hubspot to deliver.

**What do you dislike about Huble?**

On occasion entering into new areas (Pay Per Click Advertising for example) we needed more support to undertand how it works and the team started at "Chapter 2" using a number of acronyms which we didnt understand - ensuring that the guage the level of understanding and tailoring their updates and advice to the audience would have been useful (and is what happened after we wasked).

**Recommendations to others considering Huble:**

If you are an existing Hubspot customer or are considering a move to Hubspot, then you wont do better than Huble. They have over a decade of experience on the platform, and have some of the best Hubspot (and Sales and Marketing industry) brains around and help you implement the platform, while educating you to what marketing and sales automation really can be. We wouldnt be where we are now without their help, so I can recommend working with Huble enough.

- maximise the value of Hubspot
- create a consistent way of bring prospects through a sales funnel 
- using Hubspot to be able ot drive business MI on Sales and marketing

Huble assisted us with a Hubspot implementation; updating, revising, and improving our CRM, for both sales and marketing.

**What do you like best about Huble?**

Working with the Huble team was incredibly easy. At each stage of our CRM project, the Huble team took the time to understand our requirements and goals, and continually updated an action plan, while soliciting feedback, during the whole project. Operating as sprints, with proper comms and roadmaps, the project was completed very fast, and each member of their team provided true value, and allowed the project to complete on time, and better than we had ever hoped. Having gone through several CRM implementations and migrations throughout my career, this was without a doubt, the fastest, and best!

There was no part of the process that wasn't an absolute pleasure or breeze!

When I started a new role in January, I had never used the HubSpot CRM before. Though I was familiar with other CRM platforms, I would not have been able to get to work as fast and efficiently as I have been had it not been for the Huble team and the work they did ahead of me starting the role and the work they continue to do for us.
