**What do you like best about HRMS - All in one software?**

Tracking of attendance is easy as the hardware is linked to the software, and staff who are working at different locations can also clock in/out using their mobile attendance in the app. This allows them to take ownership of their own attendance reporting, and they can see the number of hours of OT clocked. Leave application and payslip can be checked using the app, saving a lot of paperwork and filing. The system allows the leave to be tracked from year to year. In addition, the payroll system allows the salary adjustment to be made quickly as attendance can be linked to it. Report generation is straightforward too.

**What do you dislike about HRMS - All in one software?**

The main administrator/approver has to be added in each module regardless of whether he/she needs to use that module, e.g. to be counted in the headcount for both TMS (time management system) and mobile attendance modules.

**What problems is HRMS - All in one software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the attendance, leaves, payroll and staff information can be saved in a system which is easily accessible and is so much better than having separate excel sheets to track each category. This information can also be downloaded in pdf and excel files when required. The online system also means that it will not be lost in case of computer problems as they have a backup of the information available.

The HRMS software serves our needs. The effective usage of it was clearly explained and guided to us by the implementation team.The Software as well as the team were so User Friendly.

Some times we need to buy the software as a bundle ,some modules which we wont use much , kindly consider and provide feasbible solution for this request.

Maintaining a huge volume of Attendence and payroll preparation required lot  of man hours and it was not accurate as well. And sometimes it can not be done on time also . This Software reduced all this frustrating process and all our requirements were clrealy implemented with the help of the team.

All in one application, you can apply leave, monitor leave, monitor attendance, time in/out, check your payslip, update overall employee information in the app, update information about you like address and etc

Time In/out, I have experience that I am late of 5 mins but I out more than 20 minutes just to compensate the 5 minutes late of the day but still in the system I am late.. They need to work that out.

As of the moment I have no problem faced on the app and this app benefits the HR and employee a lot for me its very easy to use.. Highly recommended for me so nothing for now.

What we want to do is all there in front of us. Easy to track our leaves, easy to check our payslips etc. Everything about this app is effortless and I feel that's the best part.

To be honest, I don't dislike anything about the app so far. Everything is just spot on for me.

Putting less effort into applying leaves and easy to keep track on how many we have for example.

We can implement selected modules to start. After training, we have a dedicated implementor to guide us step by step to set up the system.  The implementor, Ms Jessica Yong is knowledgeable and experienced in providing appropriate guidance.

Training schedules should be better coordinated to avoid duplicate content to save time.

Expense claim. Submitting expense claims used to be troublesome and time-consuming. Using Info-tech, it becomes so easy because of the guided steps and receipt capture.

There is nothing at the moment. The expense claim, leave management, and payslip modules are easy to access and use.

Mobile Attendance apps -- cannot provide a transaction view for users to monitor employees'  attendance & it takes time to show users the clocking time from the interface.
