**What do you like best about HRMlabs?**

HRMlabs automates many HR tasks that used to be done manually, like payroll, attendance tracking, leave approvals, etc. This reduces errors and frees HR staff to focus on strategic work rather than repetitive paperwork

**What do you dislike about HRMlabs?**

When compared to the major HR platforms, the advanced analytics and complex planning features here are not as robust.

**What problems is HRMlabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Occasionally users report that customer support can take longer than expected to resolve issues, especially outside major time zones.

**What do you like best about HRMlabs?**

An HRIS gives an incorporated data set that stores candidate following capacities, onboarding, worker socioeconomics, pay and advantages decisions, time-following, thus substantially more. It's likewise the center point for your worker information with forward-thinking data on your organization's recruiting patterns and representative maintenance.

**What do you dislike about HRMlabs?**

There's not a lot I despise; this stage is some sort of innovation in light of the fact that everything is as of now paperless and on the web.

**What problems is HRMlabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right away, I disliked my solicitations from HR. I experienced issues tracking down the right button. However, at that point, the product had the option to move along.

**What do you like best about HRMlabs?**

I liked that it was fairly simple to understand, even if you have never used it before.

**What do you dislike about HRMlabs?**

I feel as though it should be a little clean. The many different abilities it has seem clunky with the current layout.

**What problems is HRMlabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding new employees. Being able to have all employees under one platform makes it much easier to manage.

**What do you like best about HRMlabs?**

Using HRIS, it an online way of daily attendance at work.  I can monitor my lates and absences.  The personal information in the 201 File can easily access.  We also use this in communication in the HR department if we request documents or other HR concerns.

**What do you dislike about HRMlabs?**

There's nothing much I dislike; this platform is some kind of high-tech because everything is already paperless and online.

**Recommendations to others considering HRMlabs:**

Use HRIS as a platform for employees to access their data and anything the concerns the employees.  This way, they can easily access not only the attendance files also other information about the company's rules and regulations that they can easily view.

**What problems is HRMlabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At first, I had a problem with my requests from HR.  I had difficulty finding the right button.  But then, the software was able to improve.

**What do you like best about HRMlabs?**

HRIS is an excellent support tool for Human Resources. HR persons can work smart and reduce manual paper works with the support system and makes everything online! Employee profiles, Time Attendance, Leave Application, Letter Requisition, and Payroll.

**What do you dislike about HRMlabs?**

It takes time to understand the dashboard features initially, and later, things go easy. If you have a technical problem, you can contact an IT person or system support.

**Recommendations to others considering HRMlabs:**

Value your time and ease the paper works.

**What problems is HRMlabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From paper works to paperless and time-saving. Everyone in the company is encouraged and educated to access the system, making HR tasks smooth and accessible for all reports.

Be able to track employee's status accurately

As of the moment us in the TA-HRSS department don't have any complaints so far

We were able to have one software for all HR functions such as employee tracking, payroll, timekeeping etc.

Wish there was a more customizable feature or dashboard? Other than that no other dislikes

Hiring, retaining, maintaining online files, posting jobs and searching for candidates, and tracking time.

We were not able to use this on all platforms Eg: Mac it didn't function.
