Easy to keep track of team leaves and balance & credit leaves

It's doesn't work well on all browsers and is slow to load.

It's helps to maintain attendance os team & keep track of oneself aswell

Once your account created by HR, you can get information on detailed leave balance. You can apply and  utilise leave as per your requirement. You can download payslip whenever required.

**What do you dislike about HRM Thread?**

I don't think so any employee will dislike Hrmthread.

Know your leave balance, download payslip from your own account anytime.

We can download payslip even at home also. Exact leave balance help us to apply for casual or medical leave as per requirement. Easy income declaration process helps to avoid manual form filling and any disputes in tax calculation.

1) we can download payslip directly from our login no need to depend on HR department for the same.
2) we can apply leaves or get leaves balance information in our login.
3) easy investment declaration process.

Earlier we had to depend on HR for payslips, leave balance etc. Now we get all this things from our login. As it is integrated with biometric attendance machines, trasperancy and accuracy in attendance is maintained.

It was time consuming to follow up with HR team for payslips, leave balance etc earlier. But with Hrmthread we are independent now as we don't have to depend on HR team for payslips, leave balance etc.

It is developed keeping in mind all aspect of HR related activities. It covers every aspect of HR related things wheter it is payroll and leaves management.

Looking for payroll solution go for it

**What problems is HRM Thread solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this our hr was using Excel for HR related activities. Which was time consuming. Human errors were there due to excel data.
1) employees can get payslips directly on portal.
2) employees can see pending and consumed leave online
3) employees can  declare investment and submit proofs online.
4) no need for HR team to interact with each employee regarding payslips, leaves as all details are available on portals.
5) it helps hr department for government compliances.

**What do you like best about HRM Thread?**

What I most like in HRM Thread is the features they provided. It has a complete-time management system as well as a payroll solution required for your organization. Once you install the biometric machine and configure them on this software, you don't have to see anything else. Attendance automatically gets synced in this software.

**What do you dislike about HRM Thread?**

There is no point from my side to dislike the HRM thread.

Best attendance and payroll system for your organization

**What problems is HRM Thread solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) It enables us to implement a complete attendance system for our organization
2)We have to only concentrate on master data and shift data, rest all get generated by this site.
3) Users can download a payslip from anywhere by just login into it so it helped to reduce workload on HR professionals.
4) Users get details of pending leaves, consumed leaves. 
5) It helped us to maintain registers, reports required as per govenment.
6) Easy to rectify any changes
7) IT helped to reduce human errors. Punching fraud is not possible because data get stored in the software from machine directly.

Even during this pandemic, we have been able to track our salaries, download salary slips using the HRM thread portal.
We can mark our daily attendance and apply leaves using this.

**What do you dislike about HRM Thread?**

The time out is very soon. If the website is left untouched even for a minute it gets logged out.

Please go for it . It has been quite helpful in this pandemic.

Tracking my casual leaves, earned leaves balance. 
Downloading salary slips,
Raising tickets to the HR and admin.

**What do you like best about HRM Thread?**

we are fully satisfied with it's attendance and payroll management system. 

It helped us to track multi location employees attendance in one place. 

Now we able to get accurate IN and OUT time data and process salary accordingly.

**What do you dislike about HRM Thread?**

Salary may get disclosed with others if we forgot to logout or save password in Google Chrome. It would be better if they provide password and OTP based 2-step verification.

**What problems is HRM Thread solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enabled us to track multi location attendance in one place. Employees frequently visiting branch office can punch attendance in that locations also.

Accuracy in IN and OUT data helped us to calculate salary, Over time , half day etc properly.

 Employees can download payslip from their own credentials.

It helps users to download their own payslip, submit investment proof, know leave status, etc. HR has only to create login and password for that user. It reduces HR work to distribute payslips to employees one by one.

**What do you dislike about HRM Thread?**

Still, some more features need to be included in HRM thread, like Form 16. There might be an option, but we are not aware of that.

Now download payslip, get updates for leave balance, etc. yourself.

Employee don't have to depend on HR for salary slip, leaves update, etc. He just has to login into the portal and get whatever he wants.

It helps us to get fulfilled all our HR requirements. It has everything. You can Implement a complete attendance system with it. From attendance, payroll to employee database, and reimbursement, it has every solution.

1) Now, we have a complete computerized (Biometric) attendance management system. Earlier, we were manually maintaining masters, excel sheets, so there were so many chances of human error.
2) It helps us to maintain employee master with new recruitment and exit management.
3) It can be accessed from any device, whether it is a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
4) Employees can download payslips directly from the website.
5) Employee can know their leaves directly from the website

1)  It helped us in implementation of attendance system for all our offices, branches, warehouse.
2) it enabled us to collect biometric data from all machine to software automatically. It saved our time and reduced human involvement.
3) as it is web based application, it does not required to install in all locations.
4) all users irrespective of their location can access hrm thread to download payslips, get leave information.
5) we get all features likes attendance system, payroll processing, leave management etc.

4) IT projection option to deduct tds on monthly basis.
5) various statutory reports required for PF, TDS, PT etc.

This helped us to streamline our HR activities.
1) we are now able to process salaries in software directly.
2) payslip get generated automatically on portal
3) user can directly download it from portal and don't have to depend on HR person.
4) employee can apply for leaves from portals.
5) it can be integrated with time machine so it fetch in out data in system. No manual work

As an Employee, I can mark my attendance, apply for leave, can check to leave status and holidays from anywhere, and that is too on my mobile app.

**What do you dislike about HRM Thread?**

The only thing that I dislike is applying for compensatory leave as it is a bit confusing from the employee's point of view.

**What problems is HRM Thread solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Day-to-day attendance regularisation and location tracking are helpful to trace your employees whether they are marking attendance in the office or from some other location. 

Also, this helps HR team and account departments to manage employees' attendance, leaves, and holidays and keep a record of it and easily accessible of the data.
