It has helped me a lot in terms of shortlisting candidates. This is because as a recruiter, you're always trying to lookout for the best talent and in this digital age, being able to shortlist while viewing pre-recorded videos gives you a new experience and easy interview management. **What do you dislike about HRBLADE?** I did not dislike anything. It facilitates candidate screening, speeding up the entire hiring process. This software allows you to set up a company profile in just few minutes, so an employer can start screening candidates right away. One of the best features is the video interview platform. It is extremely efficient and easy to use, even for those who have little experience with video interviews. I highly recommend HRBlade. **What do you dislike about HRBLADE?** I did not find any downsides to this software.
