HRBench is an easy to use tool that has been critical in leveling up our analytics capabilities. It directly integrates with our multiple HR systems so we are able to aggregate and analyze all of our data in one place. This integration was set up in a couple of hours, and the implementation team spent a lot of team ensuring accuracy in the initial setup resulting in minimal issues since that initial setup. This has been a game changer for our fast-paced and lean operating model. We consistently struggled to correlate data between our HRIS systems. HR Bench was a totally turnkey system that launched in 24 hours and solved that problem. HRBench is the only system I have found that was built for HR professionals. It’s intuitive and is built with the data reporting features that HR professionals need and often need to present in multiple ways. It’s easy to use and intuitive.
