**What do you like best about HRBench?**

We selected HRBench as our People Analytics platform to round out our broader analytics ecosystem during a period of evolution within our function. From the outset, it was important to partner with a platform that could support both executive-level reporting and deeper analytical work.

Although we are still in the implementation phase, the experience has been strategic and collaborative. The HRBench team has been thoughtful in helping us think through the reporting structure, survey design, and rollout strategy in ways that align with our organizational goals.

**What do you dislike about HRBench?**

While HRBench provides strong pulse survey infrastructure, there are some limitations within the survey module for more advanced or complex survey design. That said, their customer support team is highly responsive and collaborative, consistently working to customize solutions where possible and proactively exploring ways to expand their technology to better meet evolving organizational needs.

**What problems is HRBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HRBench has provided a centralized platform that connects our workforce data with employee feedback, reduced our need for manual reporting, and improved transparency and accountability to support data-driven decision-making. Their responsiveness to custom technology considerations and future-state analytics needs has been particularly valuable. It's clear they understand that engagement data is not just about measurement, it's about building a foundation for sustained, data-informed decision-making. We're looking forward to fully leveraging the platform as we move into insights and action planning.

Everything lives in one place with board-ready dashboards, real-time visibility into retention, hiring, and diversity metrics, and industry benchmarking that gives us the context we need for executive and board conversations.

**What do you dislike about HRBench?**

I would like the open AI to connect with performance and other survey platforms vs using their own survey feature.

**What problems is HRBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HRBench centralizes the metrics and data my team needs to see daily, eliminating the time we used to spend collecting and calculating everything manually. It also makes it easy to regularly share people data with leaders across the organization.

**What do you like best about HRBench?**

I really appreciate the team at HRBench for their excellent implementation process. Despite the complexities involved in setting up data and connections, they made it straightforward through clear and personalized communication every step of the way. This attention to detail transformed what could have been a challenging task into a seamless experience. The platform's ability to transform messy data from our HRIS system into an accessible and user-friendly format across our organization is invaluable. Additionally, its capability to communicate trends in real time to business partners is a significant advantage. On a daily basis, it significantly facilitates my work with the HR team, allowing me to effortlessly report on crucial metrics like headcount, turnover, time to hire, retention, and the net hire ratio. This widespread usability across our organization highlights its powerful impact.

I would like to see more integrations when it comes to timekeeping.

I use HRBench to make sense of messy HRIS data, enabling easy organization-wide usage and communication of organizational trends, providing real-time sharable data, and reporting metrics like headcount and turnover seamlessly.

**What do you like best about HRBench?**

HRBench is an easy to use tool that has been critical in leveling up our analytics capabilities. It directly integrates with our multiple HR systems so we are able to aggregate and analyze all of our data in one place. This integration was set up in a couple of hours, and the implementation team spent a lot of team ensuring accuracy in the initial setup resulting in minimal issues since that initial setup. This has been a game changer for our fast-paced and lean operating model. The HRBench team is also amazing, it feels like they are almost an extension of our team here, committed to understanding our priorities and finding solutions. The tool itself is frequently evolving and upgrading. We highly recommend HRBench to all HR teams looking to establish top class analytics capabilities in an easy, efficient and scalable way.

Nothing! We have had a wonderful experience with the tool.

It is a real-time insights generator for us, so we are able to have all the people analytics metrics we need at our fingertips.

**What do you like best about HRBench?**

How easy it is to communicate with the internal team on the specific data needs for our company. The product speaks for itself, but wouldn't be what it is without the support team behind it all.

**What do you dislike about HRBench?**

The export to PPT. function is underwhelming. I have been preferring to snip my dashboard and paste a pic into a PPT.

**What do you like best about HRBench?**

We consistently struggled to correlate data between our HRIS systems.  HR Bench was a totally turnkey system that launched in 24 hours and solved that problem.  I now create custom dashboards for our Executive meetings down to site-based metric tracking.  This allows us to understand hot spots, predict challenges and report out accurately.

**What do you dislike about HRBench?**

When we first implemented the system, all of the features were not yet turned on.  HR Bench has been an exceptional partner, accelerating the launch of new features nearly weekly!  They also provided early access to a feature due a key business need which was incredibly valuable.

**What problems is HRBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This all in one system allows us to take our HRMS data, ATS data and also integrate custom survey tools to look at the intersection of key analytics.  This has assisted us in both full organizational visibility as well as navigating the challenges that existed with our UKG reporting.

**What do you like best about HRBench?**

We've been spending 3 years developing Tableau dashboards and HRBench was able to step in and give us exactly what we wanted in a month! And they keep expanding and expanding their capabilities! The entire platform is so intuitive and is something we go to daily! The implementation team was great - Dawn was incredible to partner with! We even came up with dashboards and metrics during implementation and they made them happen!

Nothing! We haven't found a single issue!

Quick access to HR analytics is crucial to our business and this gives us what we need right when we need it!

**What do you like best about HRBench?**

HRBench is the only system I have found that was built for HR professionals. It’s intuitive and is built with the data reporting features that HR professionals need and often need to present in multiple ways. It’s easy to use and intuitive. The support during implementation has been top notch.

**What do you dislike about HRBench?**

Even during the implementation phase, we have already been able to use it saving so much time. One area of improvement is to be able to have reports be customized with an organization’s logo and color themes.

**What problems is HRBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HRBench has already made an impact on streamlining our reporting capabilities and has reduced the time we spend on gathering data, which has given us time back to focus on more strategic initiatives rather than on the administrative parts that are necessary in the HR function.

HR Bench has been one of the best vendors we have ever worked with. They are incredibly responsive, forward-thinking, and consistently take our feedback to develop cutting-edge, data-driven HR solutions. Their tools have significantly enhanced our ability to see trends and develop strategies, by allowing us to analyze people data across multiple platforms.

**What do you dislike about HRBench?**

We’ve experienced some system integration hiccups. These challenges were due to limitations in our other systems rather than HR Bench. Despite this, HR Bench has gone above and beyond to create solutions to overome these hurdles. Their dedication to solving problems is unmatched.

HR Bench has streamlined our processes by integrating data from our HRMS, ATS, and custom survey tools, enabling more efficient and effective trend analysis. The metrics and visuals of real time data across these platforms allows us to align our strategy with organizational goals more efficiently than ever before.

It consolidates all our HR and recruiting data into one centralized platform, making reporting significantly easier by eliminating the need to access multiple sources. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, and the implementation process was seamless

Given the product's relative newness, there are still some functionalities that are being developed. While there are minor challenges with reporting on recruiting data, HR Bench has been proactive in addressing these issues and is actively working to enhance and expand these features.

Love how you are able to create dashboards of data you want to prioritize the most. Very cool readily available metrics to help provide our organization with insights. Like that you are able to slice and dice the data to your needs.

Would be a plus if we could brand graphics and insights more to our company logos/colors for when we export data.

**What do you like best about HRBench?**

It has saved the team so much time!  The platform has allowed us to pull KPI's from across multiple software solutions in to one easy to navigate solution to build important strategic scorecards.  What use to be a manual process to report to our buinsess leaders now is at their finger tips at anytime. 
Not only is the HRBench product amazing but I can't say enough about the great time!  From demo to implementation, they have been a partner to help us achieve or goals.

**What do you dislike about HRBench?**

Not one complaint!!!! It's been a great solution and addition to our HR products.  We are able monitor to monitor key metrics for the organization and allow our business leaders instant visibility.

**What problems is HRBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulling data from mulitple different software solutions to present what was a current manual process of reporting key HR KPI's to business leaders throughout the organization.

**What do you like best about HRBench?**

HRBench is the best tool out there for helping CHROs quickly get up and running with data that Board and Equity holders want to see.  Additionally, the future roadmap with org charts and enriched engagement survey options will allow us to cut costs from Workday and Glint.

**What do you dislike about HRBench?**

3 year agreements make it tough to move quickly through the selling process.  1 year with renewal is much more effective for CHRO to budget each year.

HRBench has intuitive dashboarding that has provided us with actionable insights and empowers our team. The platform is pack with features, and what truly sets them apart is their committment to continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about HRBench?**

I am used to using dashboarding tools like Tableau, directly connected to data tables and it does not have all of those features if you are used to manipulating data.

**What problems is HRBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our HR system is SuccessFactors, and we do not have a data warehouse, so using a tool like HRBench enables us to get to the data we need in a quick, and easy to use system.

Enables us to analyze historical SuccessFactors data in a few clicks with minimal upfront implementation/integration efforts

**What do you dislike about HRBench?**

Some rigidity in metric calculation which should be solved with custom metrics capabilities

**What problems is HRBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Historical HR data processing: SuccessFactors does not make this easy to do in their data model where as HR Bench extracts our historical records and seemlessly reports past and forecasted trends
Manual Dashboard creation: Prior to using HRBench we had to manually create charts/dashboards by attaching data to excell analytics or powerBI. HRBench creates a broad variety of metrics and dashboards from the moment integration is complete and allows users to build custom dashboards.
