What do you like best about HRBench?

HRBench is an easy to use tool that has been critical in leveling up our analytics capabilities. It directly integrates with our multiple HR systems so we are able to aggregate and analyze all of our data in one place. This integration was set up in a couple of hours, and the implementation team spent a lot of team ensuring accuracy in the initial setup resulting in minimal issues since that initial setup. This has been a game changer for our fast-paced and lean operating model. The HRBench team is also amazing, it feels like they are almost an extension of our team here, committed to understanding our priorities and finding solutions. The tool itself is frequently evolving and upgrading. We highly recommend HRBench to all HR teams looking to establish top class analytics capabilities in an easy, efficient and scalable way. What do you like best about HRBench?

We consistently struggled to correlate data between our HRIS systems. HR Bench was a totally turnkey system that launched in 24 hours and solved that problem. I now create custom dashboards for our Executive meetings down to site-based metric tracking. This allows us to understand hot spots, predict challenges and report out accurately. When we first implemented the system, all of the features were not yet turned on. HR Bench has been an exceptional partner, accelerating the launch of new features nearly weekly! What do you like best about HRBench?

We've been spending 3 years developing Tableau dashboards and HRBench was able to step in and give us exactly what we wanted in a month! And they keep expanding and expanding their capabilities! The entire platform is so intuitive and is something we go to daily! The implementation team was great - Dawn was incredible to partner with! HRBench is the only system I have found that was built for HR professionals. It’s intuitive and is built with the data reporting features that HR professionals need and often need to present in multiple ways. It’s easy to use and intuitive.
