**What do you like best about HR PANORAMA?**

The biggest advantage of HR PANORAMA is that it brings key HR processes together in one system, which significantly organizes daily work and reduces the need to use multiple tools and emails.

Employees have constant access to their personal data, such as contracts, payslips, tax forms, and job descriptions, as well as working hours lists and other employment-related documentation.

An important feature is the knowledge base, which contains company procedures, instructions, and policies. All materials are well-organized and easy to find, and access can be granted to selected individuals or groups, which helps control information flow and improves data security.

Another useful feature is the ability to report non-conformities with assigned responsibility and deadlines, which ensures clear task ownership and process control.

**What do you dislike about HR PANORAMA?**

At the beginning, the system may seem complex; however, after implementation it proves to be logical and intuitive. Each module has a clearly defined function, which makes daily work easier.

A big advantage is also the support from the HR PANORAMA team – both the implementation team and support are available and helpful, which makes the onboarding process smooth and without major difficulties.

Before implementation, the main issue in our company was fragmented information flow and the lack of a single place to manage HR processes, which made it difficult to control documentation and required working across multiple communication channels.

On a daily basis, the system helps organize and connect key areas of work – from documents and requests, through communication, training, surveys, and tasks, to timesheets and performance reviews.

It also enables handling requests and reports (e.g. related to office equipment, IT equipment, team support needs, or hiring new employees), which were previously spread across different tools.

As a result, process transparency has improved, and access to information has become faster and easier in daily work.

**What do you like best about HR PANORAMA?**

The feature I rely on most is the equipment registry module. It gives us a clean, centralized record of all company hardware - laptops, monitors, phones - with each asset assigned directly to a specific employee. Managing company equipment used to mean digging through spreadsheets and chasing down information; now it is all in one place and fully traceable. What makes this module particularly practical is the ability to attach documentation directly to each asset record - scanned invoices, equipment handover protocols, warranty documents. Everything relevant to a given piece of equipment sits in one location, accessible instantly. For a business that needs to maintain accurate asset records and demonstrate accountability, this is a genuinely valuable capability.

**What do you dislike about HR PANORAMA?**

HR Panorama has a solid and well-structured knowledge base, which I appreciate. However, what I personally miss is an AI-powered assistant - an intelligent agent I could query directly within the platform to get instant answers, step-by-step guidance, or practical tips on specific features. Given how rapidly AI tools are evolving, this feels like a natural next step for a platform of this calibre. It would meaningfully reduce the time spent searching for information and lower the barrier for new users getting up to speed.

**What problems is HR PANORAMA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our most persistent operational challenges before implementing HRP was managing incoming and outgoing mail correspondence. Our previous approach relied on a shared spreadsheet, manually maintained, prone to gaps, and increasingly difficult to manage as our team grew across three separate office locations. Keeping everyone aligned on the status of official correspondence was time-consuming and error-prone.
HR Panorama replaced this entirely with a unified electronic mail registry accessible to all employees across all three locations simultaneously. Every item of correspondence is logged in one place, with real-time status notifications that tell us precisely when a document was sent, received, or forwarded, regardless of which location handled it. For official and legally significant correspondence, this level of traceability is not a convenience; it is a compliance requirement.
The ability to attach digital scans and electronic documents directly to individual correspondence records adds another layer of reliability. Nothing gets lost, nothing is left undocumented, and no one has to chase a colleague in another office to find out what happened to a specific letter or parcel.

**What do you like best about HR PANORAMA?**

What I like most about HR Panorama is the review module, which has significantly improved my efficiency (as HR Development Manager) by saving me several hours on average. The platform provides access to a ready-made database of competency-based questions, allowing me to quickly load them, assign relevant competencies to specific positions, and automatically apply rating scales to the entire evaluation.

Additionally, managing the whole performance review process is very straightforward, as each review includes a clear progress bar. This makes it easy to track the status of evaluations and stay organized throughout the entire project.

**What do you dislike about HR PANORAMA?**

One area for improvement in HR Panorama is the pace at which some requested changes are implemented. As the system is continuously evolving, not all submitted suggestions or development requests can be addressed immediately. While ongoing development is definitely a strength, the turnaround time for certain updates could be a bit faster.

HR Panorama solves the problem of fragmented and time-consuming HR processes by bringing everything into one cohesive system. Instead of managing performance reviews, competencies, and employee data across multiple tools or spreadsheets, everything is centralized and standardized.
For me, this means a significant boost in efficiency and organization. Tasks that used to take hours—like preparing performance reviews or assigning competencies—can now be done much faster and with fewer errors. It also improves transparency, as I can easily track progress and stay on top of ongoing HR processes. Overall, it allows me to focus more on meaningful HR activities rather than administrative work.

What I appreciate most about HR Panorama is having everything I need in one place. The platform is flexible and covers a wide range of features that are genuinely useful in my day-to-day work. Approving leave requests, tracking electronic workflows, staying on top of the calendar and team updates all happen in one tool. What also stands out is the team behind the platform. They take the time to understand your business and are responsive when you need them. It genuinely feels like a partnership rather than just a software subscription.

Honestly, not much to complain about. The initial setup and getting familiar with all the features does require some effort, as the system is quite comprehensive. You need to come in with a clear idea of which processes you want to improve. That said, this investment of time pays off quickly, and the support team is always on hand to help you along the way.

Operating across multiple offices has always made process standardisation a challenge. Before HR Panorama, there was no unified system to manage documentation, approvals or team communication, which led to delays and a constant lack of visibility.
HR Panorama has addressed this directly. Having all workflows, documents and approvals in one centralised platform has improved the flow of information between our offices considerably. Processes that previously required significant time and coordination now run smoothly and efficiently, which has had a positive impact on the overall productivity of the team.

**What do you like best about HR PANORAMA?**

What I like most about HRPanorama is how comprehensive the solution is. I have a single programme that handles the entire workflow in one place. It’s also accessible via mobile. I use the calendar and timesheets, but what I value most are the requests for equipment,  inventory, surveys and periodic assessments. The electronic record of postal items is also handy. We also use the Knowledge Base module in the company. All this instead of a pile of papers and Excel spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about HR PANORAMA?**

The tool is comprehensive, but it takes some effort to master all its features. However, it is worth taking the time to familiarise yourself with the system so that you can make full use of its capabilities.

**What problems is HR PANORAMA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing HRpanorama, requests for equipment and all related documentation, including the inventory, were managed in Excel or on paper. Now we have a fast, electronic document workflow within a single tool, which also assigns equipment to individuals and hence manages stock control in this area. This has enabled us to streamline the process of issuing equipment, including the associated documentation (no errors in documents), save time and reduce equipment repair costs, for example through better monitoring of device warranty dates.

What stands out most is the HR PANORAMA team's genuine curiosity and flexible approach to our business needs. From day one, they took the time to fully understand how we operate -our daily processes, our expectations -and then translated that understanding into concrete system functionality. Their willingness to adapt and ability to creatively customize the platform helped us solve many of our challenges.
We also appreciate that we never feel like just another client. The HR PANORAMA team treats us as a true partner, listens to our ideas, and grows alongside us -our processes evolve, we make better use of the system's capabilities, and the platform itself continues to develop.

Based on our experience so far, there is nothing we dislike. The implementation met our expectations, and the collaboration with the HR PANORAMA team has been consistently positive throughout the entire process. However, one thing is worth emphasizing for anyone considering the platform: HR PANORAMA is a comprehensive and highly flexible system with a wide range of capabilities but to truly benefit from it, you need to be genuinely committed to the process.

**What problems is HR PANORAMA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate across a distributed structure, which requires us to improve information flow and standardize processes between our headquarters and locations across the country. Paper-based documentation was generating delays, logistical costs, and administrative burdens, making the move to fully digital HR management essential.
We also needed a tool that would be intuitive for managers working in dynamic operational environments - without requiring constant HR department support. On top of that, our recruitment process was shared between headquarters and regional offices, and the lack of a single platform for communication, candidate evaluation, and status tracking was reducing efficiency.
HR PANORAMA addressed all of this. The implementation significantly reduced the time required for key HR processes - hiring, document management, and working time management. We are actively eliminating paper-based document workflows, which is delivering greater transparency and process control.
A dedicated recruitment module was also developed together with the HR PANORAMA team, tailored specifically to our organization. Standardized workflows, improved communication between HR and hiring managers, and the automation of selected stages have significantly shortened recruitment timelines and improved overall quality.

What I value most about HR Panorama is that it is a truly comprehensive solution - one platform that covers every HR process we run as a business. All employee data is aggregated in a single, centralized environment, which means I always have instant access to the information I need without manual data re-entry, without spreadsheet juggling, and without the transcription errors that paper-based documentation inevitably produces.
The second thing I genuinely appreciate is the complete elimination of paper. Moving to a fully electronic document workflow was one of the most impactful operational decisions we have made. Leave requests and contracts are now approved digitally and within minutes rather than days. Communication is faster, processes are cleaner, and, as an added benefit that matters to us, we have significantly reduced our paper consumption. The environmental upside is real and worth mentioning.

HR Panorama is a feature-rich platform that covers the full spectrum of HR management needs - and that breadth can initially feel overwhelming. There is a learning curve, and I will not pretend otherwise.
To unlock the full potential of the system, you need to invest time and genuine engagement in the implementation process.That said, I consider this a worthwhile trade-off rather than a drawback. The effort you put in upfront pays dividends consistently over time. My advice to anyone evaluating HRP: commit to the onboarding process, learn the tool properly, and the returns will follow.

Before implementing HR Panorama, paper-based processes were a persistent drain on our operational efficiency. HR documents arrived late, leave requests waited days for manual signatures from line managers, and working time was tracked on printed attendance sheets that then had to be signed by hand and re-entered into spreadsheets. Month-end closing was a recurring headache -cross-checking HR data to calculate payroll accurately took significant time and created unnecessary stress.
HR Panorama eliminated these pain points systematically. Paper document flow has been replaced by a fully electronic workflow. Working time is now tracked digitally. Leave and absence requests are submitted and approved within the system, with no printing, no physical signatures, and no delays.
The operational impact has been clear: faster processes, fewer errors, and a single source of truth for all HR data. When I need to check something - an employee record, a leave balance, a monthly report - I log in and the information is right there. No hunting through files, no waiting for someone to pull a document.
Perhaps most importantly, we have eliminated the data inconsistencies that came with managing information across multiple sources. HRP gave us one reliable dataset, and that alone has meaningfully improved the accuracy of our payroll and the confidence with which we make HR decisions.

**What do you like best about HR PANORAMA?**

What I like best about HR PANORAMA is how intuitive it is for everyday users. Performance reviews are very well designed - it’s easy to select specific evaluation options, while also having space for additional comments or justification. Logging attendance and timesheets is straightforward, even when working on multiple projects. The shared calendar showing all employee absences is extremely helpful and makes communication much easier. Although the system offers many features, users only see what is relevant to their role, which keeps the interface clean and easy to use. If anything doesn’t work as expected, the support team is easy to reach and always helpful.

**What do you dislike about HR PANORAMA?**

HR PANORAMA offers a lot of additional modules such as a knowledge base, tasks, projects, or inventory, and naturally not all of them can be as advanced as standalone tools focused on a single purpose. For example, there are dedicated task management applications with more views and configuration options, and the knowledge base could benefit from a deeper folder structure. That said, HR PANORAMA provides an exceptionally wide range of features in one platform, and many of these modules are clearly still being actively developed and improved.

For me, HR PANORAMA solves the problem of handling everyday tasks. I have one place where I can log my attendance and working time, fill in surveys and performance reviews, submit leave and training requests, and access documents stored in the knowledge base. The system also makes it easy to find contact details of other employees and check their availability, which improves communication and coordination. Overall, it simplifies day-to-day administrative tasks.

HR Panorama is a one stop tools where all employee information are stored. It is very useful for HR whenever they need information of the different employee to assist each employees with their needs and request.

The interface of this tool can still be improved. also licensing this tool is a bit costly so itmakes more sense for bigger companies with larger number of employees to be using this tool.
