HR Manager is helpful to maintain Employee data and manage employee wise activity and Monthly Payment and Compliance for payment towards salary and statutory compliance and leave management. There is nothing to dislike for HR Manager as personally i think maintaining HR Activities with my organisation does not required that much depth compliance hence all primary level work are complied with so much ease because no extraordinary work scope. HR Manager maintaining monthly employee register and their monthly attendence and overtime if any is there and according the monthly payment of wages and salary and overtime payment with applicability of statutory compliance like Provident Fund, Professional Tax and ESIC and others. I dislike the channel of communication the way it is upward way, the bulling of employees by the managers, new policy schemes, the changing hr systems and failure to adhere to staff complaints.
