HR Software Reviews & Product Details

HREasy is HR software built for Swiss small and medium-sized businesses. It brings employee records, time and absence management, payroll and talent management together in one system, designed around Swiss employment law: the Code of Obligations (CO), the Labour Act and collective labour agreements. Every employee has a digital personnel file with master data, all events from hiring to exit, and the related documents. Employment contracts are created from templates or with AI, and existing contracts and regulations can be checked against the CO, the Labour Act and collective agreements. References and employment confirmations come out in the company's own layout. Time tracking is accurate to the minute, keeps overtime and excess working time apart, and checks maximum working hours, breaks and rest periods under the Labour Act. Holiday entitlement, cantonal public holidays, sickness and accidents feed directly into time balances and payroll. Employees photograph receipts; expenses are checked against the company's rules, split by VAT and passed to payroll. Payroll covers AHV/IV/EO, ALV, BVG, UVG/NBU, KTG, family allowances and withholding tax, either in HREasy's own payroll runs or through the Ason integration. Salary certificates (Lohnausweis) are generated as PDF. The HR Copilot knows the company's data, answers questions on Swiss employment law with links to official sources, and carries out tasks in the system. Employees use their own web portal and an app for iPhone and Android to clock in, request leave and submit expenses. Role-based access, encrypted personal data and a separate database per company protect the data; servers are located in Europe. The interface is available in German, English, French and Italian.
