I havent encountered any issues. Falls short in terms of displaying reservations. It is frustrating when guests claim to have made a reservation that we hav’t see on the website. **What problems is HotelRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** Despite resources HotelRunner empowers us to manage reservations simply our operations. It offers exceptional service at an incredible price, the support is fantastic. Thanks again. I did several market research on the internet looking for a channel manager for whom I don't have to spend high amounts. I have always looked for Italian products but finding nothing, I looked out over the world and found HotelRunner. At first I was doubtful, a Turkish product gave me perplexity. But over time I realized that I had made one of the best choices of my life. They are very professional, punctual, precise. They always answered all my inquiries quickly and always resolutely. For bureaucratic problems we had to close the business for a year and they were very kind, they understood the problem, and they interrupted the subscription fee for the closing period. No one else would have done so. In my case, it was Patricia, and she did a great job running me through all the necessary steps. I was able to connect with all my OTAs and have my calendar ready. After the setup, the system has been working very efficiently. ( receiving reservations, adjusting prices/availabilities, various promotions, etc ). **What do you dislike about HotelRunner?** If you aren't to tech savvy like myself, its a bit hard to set everything up perfectly, without support. Unlike most CMs HotelRunner offers a private setup session with one of their agents, which was a great pl **Recommendations to others considering HotelRunner:** Once you have signed up, I strongly recommend contacting a HotelRunner agent, and ask to schedule a setup session. That way you can save a lot of time and also learn about the software. **What problems is HotelRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Connecting & Managing all OTAs from one platform ( price, availability, promotions, coupons, etc ) The greatest benefit I would say is the amount of time you save. Now instead I can spend that time doing other tasks that need to done. - HotelRunner also provides a direct two way connectivity to Airbnb, which almost all other CMs do not offer. ### 13.
