The platform is incredibly fast and reliable, and I cannot remember the last time we experienced any downtime. The alerting system is top-notch and has saved us from countless potential outages. On top of all that, the customer support team is outstanding. Every time I have reached out, I get a real, knowledgeable person who actually understands our use case and helps us solve problems quickly. The integrations are plentiful and work seamlessly, which makes our workflow so much smoother. **What do you dislike about Hosted Graphite?** Honestly, it is very hard to find anything meaningful to complain about. Prometheus, while academically good, forces security worst practices which were unacceptable for us as a SOC2 compliant organisation. Graphite is battle proven and already integrated, so Hosted Graphite allowed us to do what we needed to do without moving the sea. **What do you dislike about Hosted Graphite?** The UI/UX is a bit disjointed to start with. Fortunately, getting on with their team swiftly resolved this, but we felt like we hit a dead end when we first signed up. **What problems is Hosted Graphite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Running metrics monitoring effectively to stay ahead of your infrastructure is hard. Hosted Graphite allowed us to turn the endless data into human readable and actionable information.
