What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

We've used Hospitable since 2024 and it has become essential to how we run our short-term rentals. The AI messaging integration is a standout. It drafts responses for us and can send pre-approved messages automatically, which saves real time and mental energy. It's fast and reliable, and it carries a significant share of the day-to-day message volume that would otherwise fall entirely on us. That alone has alleviated a lot of workload, especially during high-inquiry periods. The clean integration across Airbnb and VRBO makes the backend genuinely easy to manage, even as a smaller host.

We also appreciate the cleaner coordination feature. Being able to communicate scheduling with our cleaning team through text and email in one system removes a layer of manual coordination we used to handle separately.

What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

The main downside is dynamic pricing. It tends to list below market rate compared to area comps, so we still run PriceLabs alongside it. This affects revenue performance directly, since underpriced nights mean lost income we have to correct for manually. We would prefer to consolidate and drop that subscription, but the pricing engine isn't there yet.

The other challenge is the sheer number of features. We don't use everything Hospitable offers, and it can be overwhelming to figure out where certain messaging flows or upsell features fit into our operations. This likely means we're leaving value on the table that we're already paying for. What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

What I like best about Hospitable is how quickly it has allowed me to grow without losing control of the guest experience. In just three to four months, I have gone from launching my first short-term rental to managing three properties, including units for other owners, and Hospitable has scaled with me every step of the way.

The automated messaging, smart lock integrations, unified inbox, direct booking tools, and multi-property management have become central to my daily operations. I especially appreciate being able to automate so much of the guest journey while still keeping communication personal and hospitality-focused.

The platform is intuitive enough for a new host but powerful enough that I am still discovering new ways to use it as my business grows. What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

My biggest frustration is currency support. My properties are in Mexico and operate in Mexican pesos, but MXN does not currently align seamlessly across all Hospitable features. This can create extra work and occasional confusion, particularly as I expand into direct bookings, owner reporting, and multi-property management.

As Hospitable continues to grow internationally, I would love to see full native currency consistency across every part of the platform. It provides the Hospitable Essentials tool, which is basically allowing you to use their free PMS software and have a unified inbox.

You have to pay for everything to use more advanced features.

What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

I've been using Hospitable for over 7 years and it has become the central brain of my guest and cleaner operations. The automated messaging is unmatched — guests get the right information at exactly the right time without me lifting a finger. The cleaner coordination and scheduling automation has been just as valuable; my turnover process runs itself. After years of managing STRs across multiple markets, I can't imagine operating without it. It's one of the few tools I've used this long and still rely on daily. What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

The only real pain point has been the VRBO connection — it's a bit finicky compared to the Airbnb integration. Syncing and automation don't always behave as seamlessly on the VRBO side, which can require some extra monitoring. That said, this feels more like a VRBO API limitation than a Hospitable problem. What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

I find Hospitable.com very helpful with setting pricing and troubleshooting any issues with navigating the website and the app. It's pretty user-friendly, and a lot of setup questions can be answered via the AI chat, which makes it easier despite the initial complexity. What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

I think having 24/7 access to a live agent, either by phone or via chat, would be very helpful. The messages I've gotten back have said that live agents are in a different country and often in a different time zone, so they're not always available on a 24/7 basis. Also, the initial setup was a little difficult because there are a lot of moving pieces when you're trying to sync multiple rental properties on multiple booking sites. I find Hospitable.com to be a great time saver, especially with its automated messaging feature that handles 95% of the communication with our guests, significantly enhancing customer service quality. It's a very user-friendly platform with an easy-to-navigate interface that doesn't change too often, making it simple to use and make changes. I also find the operations module very beneficial as it allows scheduling of cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks, which is very helpful. The platform lets us assign tasks to team members, who get automated notifications and reminders, and track tasks efficiently. We can also bring in third-party providers if needed. Incredible tool to manage my rental. Super easy to use, for me and my family. The best are the integrations, at the moment, I am also using the AI tools very often. I use Hospitable.com for my property management system, and it's been a great tool to synchronize Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

I like that Hospitable.com is all in one place, so I don't have to check different apps for my different platforms to communicate with everybody. I really like the AI communication feature, which sometimes rewrites my thoughts in a nicer way, making it easier to communicate with guests. It's helpful when I don't know how to word certain things, ensuring my message is clear and not offensive. The initial setup was really easy, and they had great support to walk me through it. What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?

I don't really have anything to complain about. I love everything. Maybe I don't use all the features as much as I could. Differences can be a little hard, but I don't have a direct channel yet. What do you like best about Hospitable.com?

I can now control multiple door locks for a property if you have multiple smart locks. Financial reporting has gotten much better over the last few years with a nice dashboard on top of exporting to csv.

What do you dislike about Hospitable.com?
