HopBack Reviews & Product Details

HopBack is a client feedback and sign-off tool for web and design agencies, freelancers and print and packaging studios. You paste a website URL, staging password and all, or upload an image, PDF or video, and send your client one link. They open it in any browser, type their name, click the exact thing they mean and type a comment. No account, and nothing installed on the site. Pins stay on the element at desktop, tablet and mobile widths. Every project runs in numbered rounds. Unresolved comments carry into the next round and resolved ones stay behind as a record. When the client hits Finish review they choose Approve or Send feedback; approval records their name and the time, and the feedback locks. Business-day reminders chase late reviewers. Plans are Starter $19, Studio $49 and Agency $99 a month in USD, with unlimited client reviewers on every plan. Every account starts with a 14-day Studio trial and no card. Made by White Rabbit, a design agency in Los Angeles and Auckland.
