Absolutely everything.We paid upfront for Honeycommb's dedicated mobile app plan and then, essentially, got nothing.

After taking our money, the process stalled. We went over a week with no response at all, no progress, no communication, while we chased for updates. When things finally moved, it got worse, not better: their migration uploaded our existing, already-paying members as brand-new users, which spun up new Stripe customers for each one and left hundreds of duplicate records in our live Stripe account, corrupting our data and triggering our automations. We spent a day sending urgent "please stop" emails while it happened.

Through all of it, communication was appalling. Our direct emails were ignored while replies trickled only to our assistant. We are locked into a one-year term with an early-termination fee, and were sent repeated payment-failure notices on top.

The result: we have never once used the app. Not a single time. It has been a total waste of money and time. When we asked for a refund for a service that damaged our systems and delivered nothing, we were offered "three months free," but no refund.

Do not recommend. Beware, especially if you run an established business on a live Stripe account. Insist on a written migration plan and a separate Stripe account before you let them near anything, if you go near them at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that Honeycommb is compatible with iOS, Android, and Web apps so that it takes the fuss out of having to use each platform individually to get the job done. Honeycommb allows me to work off multiple platforms at once.

I also appreciate that with Honeycommb the web pages that I create are already SEO optimized.
