Hoist HR Reviews & Product Details

HoistHR is hiring and onboarding software built for employers of 15 to 500 people. Most teams hire in one tool and manage employees in another, with a person in the middle retyping records and chasing forms. HoistHR closes that gap with one record that runs from the application to every day of employment. Run structured interviews with shared scorecards, track every candidate from first screen to accepted offer, and publish openings on a careers page on your own domain. When an offer is accepted, an onboarding plan starts with an owner and a due date on every task, and it follows the new hire through the first 90 days. Employee records, documents, time off, approvals and reporting are part of the base product. Pricing is a flat platform fee plus a per-employee rate, with no setup fee.
