From existing documents or even screen recordings, HitWit generates product and process training that can be consumed in 10-minute "quests" and has been used, honed and loved at leading US universities After the initial training, the rep can count on HitWit agents to answer questions on Slack, Teams, browser extensions. They can also count on a meeting assistant to join them on calls, providing relevant information, taking notes and identifying follow-up actions and key insights after the meeting. What I like most is its simplicity and the focus on sourcing content from what you have full control over, with a very simple, intuitive interface that's easy to use. I love the real-time meeting help; it's like having an expert listening in and guiding you on questions to ask and how to answer in real-time, all while drawing from a curated knowledge base. This feature, along with the help I get on meetings, really stands out. I've showcased HitWit to my own customers, especially in the sales and education space, and have had great success with it. It's also very easy to set up, just a few minutes of effort, which is another reason I love it. I love the product, the team, and Badri, who have always helped me out whenever needed. **What do you dislike about HitWit?** Everything works well for me. I am just looking for more and more cross-platform support. So initially, it was focused around Zoom. Now I know that there are options for other meeting platforms as well. So just wanted to be, you know, broader. **What problems is HitWit solving and how is that benefiting you?** HitWit simplifies organizing my sales knowledge and training colleagues. It helps with real-time meeting guidance, suggesting questions and answers using a curated knowledge base I control. ### 2. It's aluxiary tools make it easy to ingest new information from any source. **What do you dislike about HitWit?** User interface of the main platform takes getting used to. **What problems is HitWit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing learning materials in a centeralized location. HitWit makes learning about new technologies easy. The learning model makes concepts easy to remember.
