Its really easy to complete the onboarding process, use and understand and seems to be designed with simplicity in mind rather than being crammed full of confusing screens and data pivots.

I've been using Hitprobe for a while now to help manage click fraud on my ad campaigns, and it's been really effective. The setup was easy, and it integrates well with Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads. It also tracks organic traffic to any site using its JavaScript tag, which provides valuable insights beyond just ad clicks. The detailed analytics make it simple to spot suspicious activity, and I’ve seen a significant improvement in how my ad budget is utilised. The analytics can be a little fiddly at times, making it slightly tricky to navigate certain insights. However, I reached out to their customer service team, and they assured me that this is being looked at and is in the process of being resolved. I'm a bit of a technophobe so was worried about getting it all set up but it was a complete breeze. I had to jump through so many hoops when I used other click fraud software previously but this was so easy to get set up and the dashboard is amazing.

I run a medium sized digital marketing agency so obviously we use a lot of ads for ourselves and for clients. We've now had this installed on a bunch of client account and the money its saved has been sizeable. Certainly paid for itself on the enterprise level. I'd probably recommend using a click fraud software with any serious ad campaign in this day and age. We've been using Hitprobe since its launch, and it just works, saving our clients money on their ad spend. Most months, we get an update to the software with new features and improvements, so it's a product that is in active development right now, which is great. hitprobe actually does what it says it does, i had gone through 4 different software so i was naturally thinking that hitprobe was also going to be bs. After using it for 1 week our traffic improved and it solved our bot problem. I also like that it creates exclusion audiences on its own. Its easy to use, and their customer support is very responsive. I am constantly using hitprobe to check IPs and device fingerprints. It was super easy to set up and integrate as well. I am inpressed.
