Its really easy to complete the onboarding process, use and understand and seems to be designed with simplicity in mind rather than being crammed full of confusing screens and data pivots. The reporting needs improving so that you get a polished document with charts etc rather than a CSV file, but when we raised this with their customer support we were told this is coming shortly. Our industry can be fairly competitive and we suspected that some of our ad campaigns were subject to potential competitor clicks. As a small business owner who occasionally runs paid ads in a busy industry (retail), I wanted to be able to track my ads performance and have the peace of mind that bad clicks were taken care of for me. Since the latest update went live, I'm now able to use Hitprobe as more of a website performance analytics tool to see how my site is engaged with as well as spotting opportunities. We noticed irregular ad click spikes over the past few months coming from fairly random locations and wanted to look into the data more. Hitprobe allows us to create 'saved views' based on specific criteria and get alerted when these spikes get detected. It also blocks devices too which is good. I wanted software that could be used without the need for detailed technical knowledge and Hitprobe did exactly that, with the support docs and customer support team helping resolve the one little snag I had when setting up. The main issue/reason I wanted to try Hitprobe was I wasn't sure how my product page was performing on Facebook and Hitprobe gave some useful insights. I've been using Hitprobe for a while now to help manage click fraud on my ad campaigns, and it's been really effective. The setup was easy, and it integrates well with Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads. It also tracks organic traffic to any site using its JavaScript tag, which provides valuable insights beyond just ad clicks. The detailed analytics make it simple to spot suspicious activity, and I’ve seen a significant improvement in how my ad budget is utilised. I'm a bit of a technophobe so was worried about getting it all set up but it was a complete breeze. I had to jump through so many hoops when I used other click fraud software previously but this was so easy to get set up and the dashboard is amazing. I run a medium sized digital marketing agency so obviously we use a lot of ads for ourselves and for clients. We've now had this installed on a bunch of client account and the money its saved has been sizeable. Certainly paid for itself on the enterprise level. I'd probably recommend using a click fraud software with any serious ad campaign in this day and age. After using it for 1 week our traffic improved and it solved our bot problem. I also like that it creates exclusion audiences on its own. Its easy to use, and their customer support is very responsive. I am constantly using hitprobe to check IPs and device fingerprints. It was super easy to set up and integrate as well. I am inpressed.
