I like how easy the HiThrive UI is to use. It's easy to give out tacos, add some GIFs, and send them. The UI is clear and makes it simple to give a shout out or search for my teammates. It works well and is fast. I find giving out tacos particularly valuable as it helps me give positive feedback to my coworkers, recognizing their work and making sure they feel appreciated. On Teams: we do have a Microsoft Teams app that lets you send recognition right where you’re already working. It’s possible your company hasn’t installed it yet, which would explain why it wasn’t available to you.
