"Empowers Remote Recognition with Ease"

What do you like best about HiThrive?

I really like how HiThrive offers a wide variety of rewards and ensures you choose your country at the start so only the rewards available in your region show up. This is a handy feature compared to other tools like Motivosity, where I accidentally selected the wrong gift card before. Sending shoutouts and redeeming rewards are features I'll use most, and they make recognizing colleagues from a distance really easy. The integration with Slack is a big plus, making it super easy to set up my account without searching around. Just getting a notification and following the steps was really convenient. I love how easy HiThrive is to use. The usability and user experience make everything straightforward. The creative celebratory notes add a wonderful touch and show appreciation in such a nice way. I enjoy giving shout outs and choosing the hero of the week, which really builds team bonding and lets me acknowledge those who contribute so much daily. Regarding the limited point options to select when sending a shoutout, this is a setting your company can customize so this would be good feedback to give to your HR team. HiThrive by default is a free-text option where you can enter any number of points, but your company has chosen to list specific amounts instead. I like how HiThrive is easy to use and allows me to give my colleagues money as thanks for their help. The redeem portion is also great because it provides lots of options for using points, which makes it very usable and valuable.
