I use HiThrive at work and love how it provides an easy tool to express my appreciation for my team members and gives them the recognition they deserve. I enjoy seeing others, including myself, being praised for hard work, and I love browsing possible rewards for my points redemption. HiThrive allows me to set goals to earn points and then buy a gift card as a reward. Browsing rewards is great, and the core aim of recognition is perfectly achieved. I like HiThrive's nice UI, which makes it visually appealing. The ability to add GIFs is really fun and adds a personal touch to the recognition process. Also, HiThrive was easy to set up, which made getting started with it straightforward and hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think HiThrive has limited types of recognitions, like they only offer three options, if I remember right, such as "we stand". I would prefer if it allowed for custom recognitions as well. Making it a free-use platform would also be a great improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
