The initial setup was very easy for me. **What do you dislike about Hissa?** I think having a designated ESOP expert could help. Also, having the option to add nominees and personal email IDs for each employee would be beneficial. It would allow automatic triggering of F&F to the employee. **What problems is Hissa solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Hissa for complete ESOP management, from date to resignation. It provides ease of use through the platform and offline team, with quick summaries and fast query clearance. ### 2.
