I think having a designated ESOP expert could help. Also, having the option to add nominees and personal email IDs for each employee would be beneficial. It would allow automatic triggering of F&F to the employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Hissa brings all the data related to the employee's ESOP grant, such as their vesting schedule, the cliff, and the strike price at which it has been allocated to the employee. It becomes a single source of truth for everything pertaining to the ESOP. I find it simple, with a good UI, and the employees also like it. Plus, setting it up was quite easy. I like Hissa's user-friendly portal, which really helped with uploading custom vesting schedules. The support team is fantastic; they were very helpful, uploading our schedule within a day and addressing any issues within fifteen to twenty minutes.
