Hissa is India's most comprehensive ESOP management company, managing 350 million+ employee stock options worth $3.5 billion in equity grants across 100+ Indian companies. Hissa operates across three verticals: 1. ESOP Platform: Equity management software for Indian startups to set up, manage, and automate their ESOP programmes replacing spreadsheets with a purpose-built platform covering grants, vesting, compliance, and employee dashboards. 2. ESOP Liquidity: India's first dedicated ESOP secondary fund ($35M), providing liquidity to startup employees before an IPO or acquisition. The fund has facilitated cash exits for 3,000+ employees across the Indian startup ecosystem. 3. ESOP Market Access: Pre-IPO investment access for investors looking to participate in India's best growth-stage companies through employee equity transactions. Hissa serves founders, employees, and investors - the three stakeholders in every ESOP transaction making it the only company in India that covers the full ESOP lifecycle in one place.
