**What do you like best about HiringFast?**

Honestly, didn’t expect much at first. I just dropped in some CVs for a Product Manager role and boom, it gave me a ranked list and even told me why certain candidates stood out. I didn’t have to open each file manually like I usually do, which is super boring tbh. It’s just… easy. Also pretty fast, which I guess makes sense given the name.

**What do you dislike about HiringFast?**

Hmm… well, sometimes I wish it could “think” a bit more like a human. Like, there’s one CV that I thought was decent but the score was meh. So maybe the logic could be improved? Also, would be cool if I could like… leave notes or tag people on candidates? Minor stuff tho.

**What problems is HiringFast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to waste so much time opening CVs one by one just to find out most of them didn’t match. HiringFast helps me skip that pain. I just upload all the CVs and it shows me which ones are worth looking into. Honestly, it saves me brainpower and lets me focus more on actual interviews instead of scrolling PDFs all day. Also helps avoid random gut-based decisions, you know what I mean…

**What do you like best about HiringFast?**

The best thing is how much time it saves us. 
We're a small team, and our first couple of days on a new job search used to be just reading through CVs or resumes. Now, we can upload all the applications and get a solid, ranked list of people to look at on the minutes. We get to start conversations with good candidates way sooner.
I've tried uploading around 130ish CVs and get all the results with detailed analysis on each candidate only in one and a half minutes.

I was also surprised that the AI analysis is actually useful. It seems to understand what a person's experience means, instead of just matching keywords from our job description. So we've found good people who we might have skipped over before.

And the pricing was just straightforward. We knew what we were paying from the start, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about HiringFast?**

The main thing that still bothers me is how it connects to our main hiring software (our ATS). You can download an Excel file with all the candidate info and upload that, which works fine, but a direct integration would be a nice improvement and save a step.

**What problems is HiringFast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The initial screening process was a huge time sink. Before, when we opened a new role, our first few days were completely lost to just reading through hundreds of CVs. It was slow, tedious work. The benefit for us is speed. We can go from having a pile of 300 applications to having a solid shortlist of 20 people to review in about minutes. 

We were worried we were overlooking good candidates. When you're screening manually, you start looking for shortcuts, like scanning for specific keywords. You can easily miss a great person just because their CV wasn't formatted perfectly. Hiringfast is better at understanding the actual experience listed on the resume. The benefit is that we feel more confident in our shortlists. We're talking to people who are a genuinely good fit, not just the ones who are good at writing CVs.
