HireTalent.lat Reviews & Product Details

HireTalent.lat is a hiring and team-management platform for finding, hiring and managing pre-vetted remote professionals in Latin America, working in the same time zones as US teams, with a focus on talent trained in AI tools. It is not an agency: employers hire talent directly at fair rates, either by searching the talent pool themselves or through Done For You Hiring, where HireTalent's recruiters deliver screened candidates within 10 business days with a 90-day replacement guarantee. Every applicant is screened (65% don't make the cut), and human-reviewed certification badges cover 24+ AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Cursor and ElevenLabs. Paid trial tasks let you test candidates before you hire, and Magic Matching recommends candidates by skills, experience and work style. Built-in time tracking, contracts, compliance documents, payroll and PTO let you run your remote team in one place. Common hires include virtual and executive assistants, developers, designers, bookkeepers, customer service staff, and social media and project managers.
