Hiresharp helps to attract right talent, improve candidate exp, reduce attritions and improve hiring process

**What do you like best about HireSharp?**

The logic behind the tests and assessments is solid. The customizeability of the assessments is good.

**What do you dislike about HireSharp?**

The user friendliness of the program could be improved and the overall visual aesthetic of the assessments, website and program.

**What problems is HireSharp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trialing the product to see if it would be more of a benefit than our current assessment program that we utilize.

**What do you like best about HireSharp?**

HireSharp helps you take and conduct talent assessments and easily find the right candidates for job opportunities based on skill testing.
It assesses candidates' skills and performance and eases our time to hire the right talent.
User-friendly to conduct the assessment test.

**What do you dislike about HireSharp?**

Need to improve the assessment timings to filter out the candidates easily.

**What problems is HireSharp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HireSharp is the best talent assessment tool I have ever used, it cuts down our recruiting time and makes it easy to find the right candidates for multiple needs based on skills and experience to find the right talent for our job openings.

**What do you like best about HireSharp?**

They are great to work with on setup and easy to talk to for support. still learning the system but they have a lot of features that will be great for our onboarding needs.

**What do you dislike about HireSharp?**

Still working out a few kinks as we just finished integrating all of our information.

**What problems is HireSharp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making our Assessments easer and more in line with what we need and want.
