The most important advantage for me is the fact that candidates don't need to download an app or go through registration process. In our agency, we use video recording of the candidates as a part of their profiles we send to our cilents. The bottleneck was finding a very user-friendly platform, through which even those candidates that aren't technically savvy could make the recording without any problems. So far, none of our candidates had any issues using Hireflix. Before Hireflix, we spent hours phone screening candidates. Hireflix replaced that with simple one-way video interviews that candidates actually complete. The administrative burden of scheduling has disappeared, and we can easily compare responses, build stronger shortlists, and move faster. We can’t think of any major drawbacks. While it may not be as feature-packed as some other platforms, the simplicity is exactly what makes Hireflix effective. HireFlix has really helped to streamline our processes thanks to the very easy interface and its integration with our CRM. It also offers a high quality product that both candidates and clients are using very comfortably and has increased the quality of our service to our clients. They also take pride in their product and are constantly trying to improve it, it has been a year since we started using it and we have received plenty of updates and improvements. During the implementation, a member of HireFlix took a number of calls with us to ensure a seamless integration and it worked! Another important aspect for us was the customer support that is hard to receive these days. There's only been one instance when we had a bit of a glitch but the team at Hireflix were there to resolve it very quickly. Note that I use their software everyday. Hireflix is helping us to provide a by-dimensional opinion about the candidates that is not only based in a well crafted CV. Candidates have more opportunities to impress. Ourselves and our clients can have an opinion on the personality of the candidates before inviting them for an interview. This is contributing to more quality hires and efficiency in the process.
